Spotlight Campbelltown

What a FANTASTIC place. Store is clean. NO 📦 or items in isles. Also isles are nice and wide. I buy all my embroidery needles🪡, cottons 🧵, knitting yarn 🧶, knitting needles, stuffing, scented candles 🕯, materials, curtains, and other craft supplies from there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are always very affordable and reasonable.

Nicole the craft manager on duty handled our request with efficiency, professionalism, and grace. We had a tricky refund request due to 7 visits to 4 stores within a few weeks, recepts not on hand, she used our VIP membership and was able to sort things out juggling across two screens within minutes. Awesome work Nicole!

Spotlight moved to Campbelltown Mall. I went to see the new store and I love it! It is huge and tidy. I hope that management can maintain this tidiness for a long time. I love the fact that all departments are all in the one level. They also maintained multiple payments location.

Amazing place, you will get what you need, but just one thing is that too many items under one roof need more space .

Omg I would like to Praise a staff member by the name of Tess, me and my wife were treated like Royalty, her Customer service was second to none, her Interpersonal skills as a sales person was so professional it was a pleasure and a honour to see this day and age Once again i would like to thank Tess on a job well done making me and my wife feel good for shopping here at Spotlight . Allen staal.

Very sqishy ,aisles aren't wide for a disability scooter, without knocking thins off shelves.

Spotlight Campbelltown is my "go to" for haberdashery and crafting needs. They have SO much variety of fabric, yarn, tools and items for sale. Still recommend Spotlight, however, they seem to have less staff available for serving at the "Cutting Counters". I have been in a line of 8 people waiting to be served on a Saturday. Lots of staff filling shelves and moving stock around. Sorry Spotlight, but the focus should be on serving your customers promptly. Thank you to the staff who do man those cutting desks when it's busy, especially if they're doing it solo. 🙏

Big old shop with 3 levels. Everything you could possibly need for sewing, knitting, craft and parties. Very busy at the counters where staff cut lengths of cloth for customers. Got myself a top quality leather hole punch so I can adjust my belts to fit better...

Went to get balloons for my daughter's bday was served by a lovely lady with a great attitude

This Spotlight gave me mixed feelings. The staff in general were really nice with the exception of the ladies at the material cutting table. I needed some ribbon for my daughter's wedding vehicles and when I asked where it was I was greeted with a grunt followed by if it's not in the ribbon area we don't have it. I said which ribbon area you have two. She told me I know the store I work here and there is only one area. Another customer came to my defence by stating you have two areas 2, 1 here and another in the party section. I just walked away and went to Big W...BTW I got what I needed there. The girls at the point of sale at this Spotlight were very nice and helpful.

I was in your store today and served by Nathaniel. What a helpful and respectful assistant! I was confused about the best options for my current scrapbooking project and he was so patient and helped me find EXACTLY the right thing. Honestly, I was having an awful day before I came in. He fixed everything!

Spotlight is every Homemakers playground and my only whinge is the narrow walkway between rows, which is hardly an issue that would spoil the mission. For a mall that is in dire need of a makeover, Spotlight is a pleasure to walk into. Keep it up 👌

Spotlight Campbelltown has always been the place for all my haberdashery needs. Rachel has served me the last couple of times. And we have had a blast... she is very personable and bubbly, making my purchasing experience 100% more enjoyable.
