I have been attending this chemist for the past 7 years, always found the staff to be amazing until today, went to get a script the person served me name was Linda said she couldn’t find my script(they look it up on the system but she didn’t bother just said NO and you never get repeats for mersyndol, I have had two hip ops in 18 months I was at the doctors have laser treatment, didn’t have my script with me, usually my son goes and gets it for me.
Anyway I went home and my son went with my script. I will never go there again as long as she works there. Very dissatisfied with want happened today. I praise the other staff members all the time
