The team are great and provide a welcoming environment. Very small office so there are some housekeeping issues, but they do a great job.

Alexandra is great with kids.

The phycs are great, it at least the one I saw, I'd give them 5 star. One star is lost to the admin. It took me several months to get in, not due to a waiting list but because you can't call the office directly. Once you are in it's great.

They keep costs low to pass on the best price they can. And they have utter discretion of their patients to the point I have never seen more than one other at a time in the waiting room (even where it is clear there are more).

Finally gathered up the nerve to call and book an appointment after sitting on my referral for two years because I didn't feel ready to discuss the event that happened and the receptionist (Dianne, Dianna?) snidely remarked that I shouldn't have waited so long to call.
Thank you for making a difficult call that much worse.

Eddy is friendly, but we're having difficulties with Medicare rebate.
