Sefton's Pharmacy

Some days ago I rang some fifteen Chemists in the area and visited 3 in person looking for a product that nobody had in stock.

I rang Sefton's Pharmacy out of desperation and ended up speaking to Nate, the owner, who to my relief and overwhelming sense of gratitude, informed me that he would do all he can to obtain it.

Shortly afterwards I received a confirmation call that it was being ordered and would arrive in the next few days. I was so relieved and will never forget the sterling personal treatment that was given me, even though I was an unknown voice on a telephone and not a regular customer.

On arriving to pick up the medication I spend at least a quarter of an hour discussing medical needs of the person for whom the medication was intended, and again Nate helped me understand related issues that needed attention, and also helped me to find a medical practitioner that he felt was very suitable to meet the needs of the person I was caring for.

In today's hectic consumer driven world, such care and dedication to his profession is not always to be found in all places, and so I am hereby expressing my gratitude via this review and invite any reader to call or visit this pharmacy to experience the same degree of professional diligence and personal sincerity.

Fantastic quality customer service and excellent pharmacy! Always ensures that they have my medications in stock and has best prices in the area! Don’t let their size fool you- this amazing little chemist has a huge stock availability and are willing to order in any stock they rarely don’t keep or have in, which always comes in very quickly, usually within 24-48hrs. They always have happy, smiling faces and are willing to go out of their way to do anything possible to help their clients. I’m 33 years old with a complex lung disease on approximately 15 medications and this is by far the best chemist I’ve ever had the pleasure of deal with. Especially helpful with THC/ CBD oil and cannabis flower, they are only chemist I have found that actually keep these products in stock- all other chemists I originally tried (approx 8-10 before thankfully finally finding Seftons) didn’t have it in stock and would take 1-2weeks just to order it in. Couldn’t survive without them and their amazing business! Thanks so much guys and keep up the amazing work! ❤

Having recently moved to the area I have found this little gem of a pharmacy that gives you that special old fashioned service, the beautiful friendly smiling staff go above and beyond to help you and make you welcome in there store, such a much more personalised service. Plenty of parking right outside the the door, give me this type of atmosphere any time over some impersonal big franchise.

Highly recommend both efficient and welcoming. Always have them to help you out without a rush would never go anywhere else! If this is your local you are lucky

The pharmacist is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, great at his job,very helpful, very friendly. Awesome customer service always does his best to provide each customer with excellent service (even if he needs to go out of his way he will make sure you get what you need) If your a regular customer he takes time out of his day to ask how you are, how your children or family are and knows you by name when you walk in the door. Good old style service the way it should be.

He is a champion highly recommended this chemist.

This pharmacy is first rate, top shelf!! The staff r always friendly, welcoming & know what they're doing!! Happy to help whenever possible! Even sorted out my e-script setup to make life easier for me! A great part of the service is free script delivery! Being disabled having issues with walking I don't go out much. Most of the time I would only need to go to the chemist, so I appreciate the delivery super big heaps! Thank you to all the gang at Sefton's Pharmacy!! Your all great value!!

Stopped in on the way home from work as I had a headache and needed some panadol

This pharmacy is by far the best I have visited in Sydney, the head pharmacist Nader is an absolute gentleman. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to explain if you're unsure of something and always keep you up to date on when your prescriptions arrive. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Family have been going to Seftons since Jim first opened his doors.
Always went above and beyond.
That same sarvice is still there today even with relatively new owners.
Seems like Jim's legacy stayed in the shop.
Nothing was ever too much for him to do nor is it now.
Nothing is too hard or difficult to answer.

After calling around all the pharmacies on the area trying to find medication put of stock everywhere I spoke with Natalie who was very nice to me, she had the medication I desparately needed and kept it aside until I could get there. This pharmacy is amazing! Excellent, cheerful service that goes above and beyond to cater to anyone's needs, to always ensure their customer is 110% satisfied. Very competitive pricing of items with a pledge to beat the other's price if found cheaper elsewhere. I very highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone; especially if they have certain special needs. He has a great personality and is the only pharmacist who has given me great advice about mental health and great insight on the medication I’m taking.
