We were looking at the couches in many stores for new house and they all looked the same so it was hard to decide. Now we’ve been using it over 2 weeks and feeling so much different by quality. So comfortable and we love it more than our bed which cost us a lot. Service is excellent too.

We had a fantastic experience buying our lounge at Sydney Furniture Factory. There were so many lounges to choose from - and the warehouse was so clean and tidy. Plenty of parking and Sonia was so helpful and friendly. After shopping around at other places for weeks - 1 hour here and we had chosen, ordered, and were done. Definitely recommend.

We recently bought our 6 seater modular couch with return and couldn't be happier. They have a huge range of couches with different options for everything. They are reasonably priced and it was only a 4 week wait for delivery. I would use them again and definitely recommend this company

We received our new recliners from Sydney Furniture Factory yesterday. Very happy with the result. Sam, the salesman spent a lot of time with me while I was trying to select from the huge range. Very happy that they were made in Australia, and the finished result is second to none.

After reading the great reviews we went there to look for a new lounge.
Really happy with the service from Aaron last week, its nice to deal with an honest salesperson who isn't pushy. We received delivery a few days later as a scheduled, Mark the driver was on time and promptly set up the lounge suite. The leather quality is amazing and added bonus 'Australia Made' 👍

Excellent lounges and service. Ordered 7 different lounges to do a new home and they are all superb. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. Was really happy with the flexibility and service provided, I made changes to designs to suit my spaces and they were accommodated with ease. Very comfortable and will last a lifetime. Also, very pleased they are Australian made and come with 10 year warranty. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for helping design my perfect lounge, especially with me being a very large person adding boards and stronger foams to make it last longer. And also a right size ottomen so I can make a giant day bed for when its move time with the kids.

Absolute 1st class experience with Sydney Furniture Factory, from the time we walked in to view their extensive range of lounge’s & bedding.
We were greeted by Aaran who was extremely polite and professional gave us time to view range and helped us make an informed / relaxed decision.

We just placed an order for our large customised 7 seater for our new entertainment area! We had a looked around at other stores and we have to admit that this place really stood out in price, quality and flexibility since they customise it to your liking! Sonia was amazing, she helped us from start to end and was very informative and helpful which is always a bonus in my books! 😄.. Cant wait till we get our new lounges and if all goes well my sisters already planning to come down to visit them also for her new place.

What a great experience! Went with my elderly mother to buy an electric lift chair. Sonia was incredibly patient and had a wealth of knowledge on the products and what would suit my mum. We had been to many other stores but none matched the knowledge and service we found here. Highly recommend - price and delivery service matched the sales experience.

We were struggling to finalise a couch for our new home and after multiple visits to different stores, we were so glad that we came here. Mike made it so easy for us. He was genuinely interested in what kind of an apartment we had and made sure we buy one that would fit both in our apartment and the lift. Extremely happy with the service and the couch. It's hard to find affordable, quality furniture with an accurate lead-time. SFF ticked all the boxes and when we made the drive to confirm our theatre seating and sizing, we were met by a relaxed salesman who wasn't pushy at all and helped to guide our decisions on fabric based on costs and practicality. Good, honest service. Really happy.
