We love Nick Scali elegant timeless furniture pieces… hence we continue to return to showcase our home… this purchase was humbling… there was some hiccups but the Campbelltown store staff went above and beyond to assist and make it happen - awesome customer service and delivery

From the moment we purchased the lounges (a months before Christmas) we received great communication with updates throughout. He had a great product knowledge and helped us pick the right lounge for us. We love our new lounge. Was a great shopping experience from beginning to delivery. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a dining table and bench seat that was floor stock from Tina. The design and quality is fantastic and we were so happy with the service from Nick Scali from first coming into the store (to purchase something else originally) through to delivery. Fifianna provided excellent service today at the Campbelltown store. We purchased a 4 seater Spencer sofa, she had very good knowledge of all the products we were looking at, recommended a variety of fabric choices, all after care products, nothing was too difficult for her she went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. Fifianna offered us tea, coffee and water whilst we were placing our order.

We are very excited about our purchase and cannot thank Fifianna enough for her lovely service and personality through this process.

Excellent service, worker knew her knowledge on the product I was interested in and was super friendly.

Good range of furniture to choose from, including lounges, beds, drawers, buffets, and consoles.
We were lucky to get in when we did, and avoided recent price hikes, but due to demand, delivery took an incredible 5 months, but our new lounge arrived as planned, and looks and feels as good as we expected.
The delivery guys were punctual, and efficient, but they do not take rubbish away.
All in all, highly recommended as a repeat customer.
