Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding Campbelltown

I would like to tell anyone who is thinking of buying from this store Harbour Lane in Campbelltown.
How happy I was with the service of Ryan, helping me find the lounge that I wanted. The price was great and so was the service.
The delivery went very smoothly.
I can thoroughly recommend this company. As they were very professional
they unpacked and set up my modular lounge took away all the packing and left everything just right, I was so happy with their service and I would be more than happy to buy from them again.
A Great Company To Deal With!

This was almost a 1 star but Hamza turned this all around.
We were almost without a dining set for Christmas but he managed to set us up with another dining table and chairs, ready for Christmas. We’ve had a very stressful time over the last few weeks but Hamza saved the day! Thank you again, you were so easy to deal with and talk to. Empathetic and very customer focused. This is hard to find as most sales people are just about commissions, he isn’t, he genuinely wants to help customers. Fantastic job and we will only go back because of him.

We purchased a new dining table and benches and love them! We walked into the store basically just to browse to fill in time but within minutes we noticed the table and benches and immediately loved them. The sales gentleman working there was so helpful, he went away to get the price for them and it was such a good deal so were sold immediately! At the risk of sound clichè it was obviously just meant to be!
We selected to collect it ourselves rather than pay for delivery as we have a ute, we were told it would be available from the Friday to collect however we heard from them earlier in the week than that to say it was already there and ready to collect. Very prompt and great service. We have nothing but nice things to say :)

I had a very pleasant experience at the store. The customer service provided by the employee Gauri she was soft spoken and answered all my questions with patience. Highly recommend asking for her for assistance when at the store.

Good quality furniture and service

On 26/02/2024, Monday, this morning, I am in Harbour Lane furniture to buy two king size beds. And Hamza was here to serve me. I am really pleased to get his services. I really appreciate the way he served. Finally, I have bought two beds from here.

Would not buy from them again! Brought lounges on the 1/10/22 and was promised it would be delivered before Xmas. Then got a phone call in November saying that it wouldn't be delivered until January. Was charged over $200 delivery fee and when the lounges were delivered, it was delivered by a little bloke in a van, and the boxes clearly stated that 2 people were needed to lift them, so my son in law had to help him. Then we unpacked the lounges from the boxes and one of them is damaged.

Horrible customer service and kmart quality furniture. Don’t spend $5000, just go to fantastic furniture or literally anywhere else than this place.
