GaamGhar Nepalese Restaurant

It was my first visit and cold weather was demanding hot Soup MoMo. It was so delicious more than I expected. Staffs are friendly and services are good. One of the good restaurants to visit.

We ordered online through Menulog to pick up our food from the restaurant. I arrived a few minutes before the time the food was meant to be ready, our order was brought out to me only 3 minutes past that time, nothing to complain about there. The venue looks pretty good, some pleasant recorded music was being played during my visit.

We had ordered the following items :

Momo Platter
Mixed Chow Mein
Mushroom Chilli
Dhido Set with Goat Curry
Plain Naan
Butter Naan

All of the food was still hot when I arrived home a few minutes later, and tasted fresh and flavourful. Some of it was a little too spicey for us, but that is personal taste, not a complaint about the quality. My favourite was the Momo Platter, this provides various flavours and textures. The Naan tasted nice, especially when eaten with the various sauces provided. Is the food authentic Nepalese ? I can't say, but it was delicious and enjoyable.

Went for a quick lunch, food (the food we tasted) was nice and tasted authentic Nepalese. Must say they've improved remarkably with food since my last visit over a year back. Ambience and cleanliness needs some attention but overall good eat.

Walked in the restaurant with my boyfriend tonight to order takeaway.
As we walked in the restaurant had an amazing comfortable atmosphere.
When we went up to order, the server was very kind, I had chicken mo mo with a delicious spicy tomato sauce curry and my boyfriend got the chicken curry. My mo mo was absolutely delicious as well as the chicken curry, it was well seasoned with lots of love.
Will definitely be returning, thank you for the meal.

I don’t have anything to draw from as a comparison, this was our first time trying momos and they were delicious! Spicy, saucy, tart. Neither of us could pinpoint what the fillings or accompaniments were, but it was a pleasant and unique experience nonetheless!

Went out for dinner and every item that we ordered was exceptional. In particalur the steamed chicken Momo and Jhol momo was absolutely delicious, I was mindblown. Spicy with lots of flavour. The samosa's were very tasty, wish I bought more. The chicken curry was light so I didn't feel guilty eating it, and it had lots of flavour perfect with rice. I will definitely be coming back!!

I was here with my parentsto have a lunch after spending some time in shiva mandir. we had a thakali set which was mesmerizing and delicious The customer service was very good. Overall, we had a very good experience. I really recommend everyone to visit this nepalese restaurant once.

I was craving for momo. As I love vegetarian food, I tried jhol veg momo here. Omg! it was super delicious. I have brought goat curry and jeera rice for my wife for tonight. We hope, she will love it as well. Once again, momo is too yummy!!!

My client wanted to try Nepalese momo and chowmin including Nepalese style chicken curry so we went gamghar food is amazing,she loved everything.highly recommended

Delicious food and hospitable place to go for.
I mostly visit here 3 times a week the least.

The setting of Gaamghar is really nice with hall the pictures showcasing Nepal and it’s beauty. Very neat and tidy dining with authentic Nepalease cuisine.

Please do yourself a favour and visit this lovely Nepalese restaurant in Campbelltown NSW. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is amazing and tastes ultra-authentic as they said– everything we ordered, finished in no time. Absolutely the best Nepalese lunch we had. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the Nepalese menu options. The staff are friendly too. Nice eat in experience. It’s not a fancy restaurant but worth it for the food.

I read most of reviews are without knowledge of taste of Nepalese food and hospitality business. Do you cook better then this at home ? If you are not happy with your meal why don’t you speak with them for replace or refund without backbiting and leave bad review for business. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
