Very helpful and patient staff member at the shoe section. He was running around serving a number of customers at the same time so we did not have to wait long. We were there this morning. Rebel is located near the food court at the western end of the shopping centre.

Super impressed by the outstanding customer service from Mahdi. On two occasions now (both at xmas time) we have needed help with a bike and a basketball hoop. On both occasions, Mahdi has gone above and beyond to make sure we secure the right product. Very impressed.

The sales assistant on shoes was so helpful, he brought me a few different sizes and took some time to make sure I had the correct fit.

We went in to purchase some shoes as it was 20% off storewide and received the mostly friendly and fantastic customer service by the staff in the shoe section. They listened to what we were looking for, gave great advice and recommendations, and patiently helped us with shoe sizes. We didnt end up buying shoes, but the service was so good that we came back and bought a lot of other equipment and clothes we were originally planning on purchasing elsewhere.

I purchased a treadmill, when installed the technician noticed damage. The warranty company was great & agreed. During the process Alison & Marty were great! They always communicated with me & always did as promised.
I didn't just get a new treadmill, mine wasn't in stock so rather than making me wait or return my money they are giving me a better more exspensive model.
Yes I had issues bit it's how it was handled & resolved is why I would return there.

Very fast and quick if you are in a hurry and needing something quick. I went to buy a gift card and it took me literally 15 seconds and it felt like the workers were robots because of how fast they were going!!!

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. From shoes to clothes to the register, they were all wonderful. Went out of their way to find the things I needed with an awesome attitude.
