We got the delivery of the bed frame within one week which is great. The quality of the product in comparison of the price is good. Waited in the service queue long time however the lady served us apologised for the delay and delivered us a fantastic service that we forgot disappointment of waiting in the queue.

Really happy with the products and service from Nicole and the Campbelltown staff. We ordered a few items so we’re in contact several times to add/change and nothing was too much trouble. Had a slight hiccup with my table that was resolved really quickly.

Friendly staff. We went to multiple places on the day ( Sunday) looking to furnish a new room. Most places salespeople pushy and off putting. Here they were lovely and patient. Gave us time to look around and gentle way of letting us know they were there to help. Great product knowledge and great service!

I rarely publicly rate retailers but the service from James Lane Campbelltown was simply exceptional. I don’t live anywhere near there but got put through to them when I rang the central number early one morning. Keith served me on the phone and was super helpful. The communication at every step of the process from both Keith and then communication from the logistics guys about the timing of the delivery was excellent. The two delivery guys were friendly and also kept me up to date with their approximate time of arrival. A seriously good experience all round! Oh and my daughter’s bed is really good quality and was easy to assemble.

Alan and Jann helped my fiance and I find a lovely couch for our new apartment. They took their time showing us our options and listening to our requirements. To top it off, they both had a great sense of humour. Highly recommend James Lane Campbelltown!

I’m a person who rates anything by first impression’s
. I was looking for a new bed and just happened to be driving on Blaxland Rd Campbelltown when I saw the sleeping Giant. Some places you go to, the workers are too busy reviewing how their weekend went.

The service there was impeccable 10out of 10, they came straight up to me offered me any service I required,. I walked out of there happy and with a new bed. Well done to the sleeping Giant crew on Blaxland Rd

Absolutely best customer service... very friendly lovely man and lady, sorry I can't remember names.. had a great laugh with them too.. would definitely go back.. great mattress too.
