I bought a turtleneck top yesterday as a gift for my cousin and she absolutely loved it! The top fit her perfectly and the colour of the top was a beautiful brown. She loved how soft the material was and how comfortable she felt in it. She definitely will come visit the store to check it out and will most likely buy some things, as will i. The staff had asked if i needed any help with anything and were very polite towards me! I’m coming back soon 👌

I used to work in this store and I stopped for certain reasons and if it was up to me I wouldn't give up this job because I was very happy with them and we were like family.
Even though I quit, they still communicate with me.
I can't describe how amazing they are!!!🫶🏻

They were always in positive mood which encouraged me to had a positive attitude.

I never leave negative reviews, but my mom and I visited this store this morning. She bought a scarf which was packaged in a plastic bag. When we got home, she found visible defects and wanted to get it exchanged (an hour after buying it). The employee refused, citing their policy against exchanging or returning head-wear, even though she hadn't worn it. It's not about the money; it's about the store doing what's right for its customers. We won't be returning to this store and definitely won't recommend them to anyone. The worker was very nice about it but it seems to be a result of the owner's policy, not the worker's fault. Shame.

Ridiculous return policy and prices are marked up in comparison to the quality.
Other stores stock the same brands and are less than half the price.
Vowed to never shop from them again.

The attitude on these people is unbelievable. The treatment towards staff is absolutely disgusting, other than the fact they refuse to pay money owing to staff members that have resigned, and avoid replying to them by blocking their numbers. Should be ashamed to call yourselves a small business when you’re ripping your staff off.
