Dr Christine Andrews- Casula Medical Clinic

Dr Andrews is the sweetest most amazing Dr and I can’t say enough good things about her, I am a single mother of 2 small children and she always goes above and beyond when I happen to be lucky enough to see her.

The same cannot be said about the reception staff Dr Yaps wife and Sarah particularly but all of the staff at front desk are among the worst service I have ever experienced in a medical setting EVER.

When you are already in a mentally vulnerable state these people make you feel so upset. I’ve been shouted at, verbal attacked, lied to, dismissed, told to find another doctor and hung up on. They should not be working in a setting where they deal with sick vulnerable people.

Dr. Christine Andrews Is one of the best doctors known in this area. She is true to her profession. Very kind, attentive and highly professional. I m blessed to have her as my GP.

Dr. Andrews is by all far the best doctor I've ever been too. Non judgemental and always cares deeply about her patients and down to earth! Always recommend all my friends to her as it's hard to find doctors that actually care nowadays. 10/10 would recommend :)

First class modern medical practice. Appointments only and will call you if doctors are running late so you don't have to sit there waiting for ages. Dr Christine is also a qualified Gyno/Obs.

I have the pleasure to re-write my earlier review. The attitude at the Casula Medical Clinic reception and by the doctors is now brilliant and very friendly. I would now definitely recommend them.

Such a horrible and unprofessional practice owner. Would not let us book in because i put a review about the long wait time.
Very rude and said that they don't care about the medical need but more concerned about why i have put a review....so childish! Which makes me think they don't care about learning from their mistakes or value customer feedback.
Shame! Close the practice. Stop making it all about business and money. Have some shame you are dealing with human being and a very serious profession which should be least about money.

ALERT- if you see a good review that means they have forced them to write a good review in exchange for booking appointment. They tried with me too. Because docotor Chrstine Andrews is very good, but the owner is pathetic. I hope she moves out, doesnt deserve this presentation.

Was denied an appointment because I hadn’t been there within the past 12 months, despite the Doctor having ample available appointments within 2 days. So it seems that only the frequently sick are allowed access to medical care.

So disappointed, I am an existing customer of many many years, but because I have not seen Dr Andrews recently (due to good health) I was unable to make an appointment, as only "existing" customers could make bookings. The time I need my doctor the most and She is not willing to see me. Really Disappointed.

Robert Yap is a joke of a General prac. Beware if you see this dodgy doctor. You will quickly learn he uses WebMD to diagnose and prescribe meds to patients. welcome to modern day practice. Get everything written on paper if visiting him as he is a habitual liar.

Very rude customer service I am client from 5 years amd she didn’t book me to dr Christine she is forcing me to see another doctor … she said Christine is busy This week I said all good book me for next week and she said rudely I can’t book you other doctors are free .. it is really bad business practice and receptionist is very rude and always waste so much time when you visit clinic
