Campbelltown maccas has really upped their game. I'm impressed! 2 weeks now they've had frappe's without an issue. 5 🌟

Shift manager was more than happy to accommodate a freshly made order for my son who shift works. Was the shift manager i asked.

Makayla is so good to her staff. Lovely to see a happy crew of workers this morning and Anna Lea, huge shout out to you on front counter you are so pleasant and beautiful with customers. Good to see mature staff with good old customer service. Ur employer's need to know who's working hard for them and who is an asset to them. Excellent hiring skills from your management and admin in these instances. 👏

It was good tonight hot chips burgers were well presented not like usually everything just been thrown on with not a care in the world lettuce everywhere Pattie and cheese stuck on side of box with patties all on 1 side where I have too take apart and fix it properly . The hot chips was buzzing I didn't have to drive back or walk back inside to give back warm close to cold fries I can't stand cold or warm fries gotta be HOT🔥🔥🔥

Staff and manager were very helpful and friendly, I got my food quite quickly and it was all fresh and hot

I accidentally dropped my coffee frappe and it went EVERYWHERE. One of the staff members cleaned it up immediately and was so gracious about it. The manager saw and was so kind to offer a replacement. Thank you so much!! And sorry again for the trouble!

The food is usually always fresh and fast. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. The one thing that's frustrating is some menu items are never available. Such as ice cream, different frozen drinks, limited of time items, kids toys and grape tomatoes. Otherwise it's a great store. There is usually always parking available and a great kids playground.

Staff are lovely, food is lovely.

A lot of people dislike McDonalds coffee, but the Campbelltown experience is above all. It’s interesting and amazing to see that a McDonalds had regulars coming in for a morning coffee and the staff know their names.

Fresh was like 230am man fillet was the bomb

A much better experience. Chips were fresh and hot. Had a grilled chicken wrap meal. Very nice.

Food was horrible. I ordered one of their new salads. Asked for chicken to be grilled which they said they did. It came fried. Almost as much flavour in eating the cardboard box it came in.

Staff were friendly. Just a typical McDonalds. They don't seem to have much of a McCafe anymore which is a shame. The cake range is pitiful.

Spotlessly clean. Staff were very pleasant, quick and courteous.
Food was actually decent..lettuce was fresh...and the burger arrived stacked correctly in the box .not sideways mess like most others...

Went through Drive tru and was served by worker named Duaa was excellent service it's kind people like her that make us happy customers!

Fast, efficient, friendly, your typical maccas, nothing special but no complaints.

Staff were quite young and extremely patient although the influx of customers was overwhelming at times. The amount of teenagers roaming the streets at this time was a concern but the staff and 1 security guard were satisfactory enough I guess. Lol Anyways, service was AMAZING, pressure was applied when customers entered the facility in their numbers but the food is always satisfactory - healthier options of couse for me and my boy.

This is a standard McDonald's restaurant just like all the others which makes it ok. My experience has been ok with nothing out of the ordinary compared to other McDonalds locations. Most of the time these days I use the drive through.
