Lumus Imaging Darlinghurst

Have been here a few times for X-rays and other scans. Walked in and wouldn’t have waited more than 10mins.

The staff at Lumus Darlinghurst were extremely professional and helpful. Greatly appreciated.

I’ve attended this location 3 times. Each of which, I received fantastic customer service at the reception desk and the radiologists were straight forward—- they get you in & out. I wish i knew their names, I wrote it in my notes because it was that important to me. Problem is, I have too many notes now hahaaa. But there was one older gentleman who was both the receptionist and radiologist one day, and he was just awesome, high vibes that made a heck of a difference that day! The kind lady that is usually there is consistently lovely— I appreciate her so so much.

However getting the appointment was a nightmare. The phone was never answers or you’d be waiting on hold for 30-40 mins then just hang up. The staff are overwhelmed. Connie was a total sweetheart and Nick and Nathan were delightful.
Fix your phone issues

I visit Lumus last Friday and I was in and out in less than 10mins. My doctor received my X-Ray Scan the same day. I’m very satisfied with their service and I will be visiting again for future scans.

Had my appointment at 10am. Was done and out by 10.10am. Friendly staff.

I went there as an international traveler. Short waiting time and good treatment, friendly receptionist and doctor.

Good 👍 experience, using this medical service for years. Ian is efficient, friendly and a great asset to the business.
Sorry to experience reduction in hours. Trust the former opening times will be reinstated.

Arrived at 12:10pm after a Dr appt. Closed. Seems new hours that even the doctors in the clinic aren’t aware of.

I tried calling the clinic yesterday and the guy who answered told me to call another number because he was too lazy to give me an item number for my insurance. The lady was extremely combative and after a 2 minute argument finally gave it to me. I decided to go somewhere else because of how bad the service I received was.

Horrible horrible customer service. The person at the front was extremely rude. Whoever owns this clinic. You should have a chat too Ian He's extremely lazy and wanted to knock off very early on Friday
