I had seen all the reviews and was very weary going to this shop but it was the closest dollar store to where i live so i though i would give it a try. It was pritty good. Wish the had bigger and more storage basket options but apart from that they had a good range of stuff. And i needed to swop something i had bort for another one because i had goten the wrong size. I went with the receipt and the product and exsplained what happend and she was happy for me to swop it for the right size which was suprising considering the reviews i read but i guess mabey the shop read the reviews and are trying to improve🤷‍♀.

I go here often as i am a local. Ive always been welcomed and treated nicely. They will also let me return and swap things if i need to. Some things are cheap and some ate extremely expensive considering its a discount store !

Crammed with household goods of varying quality. The hardware section is pretty decent for minor household repairs. Avoid the overpriced storage bins and such: Officeworks and similar places have better quality ones at a fraction of the price.

It is insane to leave a review for a general store? Probably, but as with most of the other people who left reviews here, I was shocked by the attitude and dishonesty of the woman who runs the place.
I tried to return something quite expensive I had bought only 10 minutes earlier. It still had the price tag on it. She refused to accept it because it was “dirty”. It got to the point where other customers had to intervene on my behalf.
Everyone agreed it wasn’t dirty. She still refused to refund.
Her behaviour in general is kind of shocking. She is shamelessly rude and dishonest.
It might be petty to boycott a dollar store but I will honestly never go there again.
It’s also very overpriced.
Don’t shop there.

This white guy with messy hair and a half-dropped black mask at the counter today (7/4) is an absolute disgrace. Worst customer service. No greetings. Not even a thank-you after purchasing something from them. Seriously, why would anyone hire someone like him? Well, if your business is not going well, you probably know who to blame.

Female staff member behind counter unbelievably rude. I recieved a barrage of insults and profanity when trying to make light of a situation when purchasing some stuff. Ended up leaving the stuff on the counter and returned fire with my own profanity. Like the other review says, really weird vibe in this shop.

Beware! Lady here is very dishonest. She has many items without price attached. I asked on three separate occasion for the price on Xmas gift ribbons and was quoted with three different prices. All ironically expensive for what it was. I also find her tone very disrespectful.

Absolute rubbish. Not to mention exorbitant prices. Try the one down near the McDonald’s, at least half price.
