McDonald's Spring Farm

The food was great and fresh. I come through most mornings and grab a coffee on the way to work, sometimes a late night snack on the way home. The team are always friendly and the service is quick. Other stores in the area could learn from the crew at Spring Farm. Coffee is always great - I’m very particular about my coffee and they always get it right. Have made plenty of compliments to their head office. I pass 3 other stores to come here, and I’ll keep coming back!

Branch is really clean. The lady Manager was so nice and helpful as well.

Ordered a couple of snacks via the MyMaccas App. The staff were quick and attentive. The food was well seasoned. My fries had salt for once. And the orders came out quick and smoothly. Would recommend this store to anybody.

It was crystal clean as my friend and I walked into the store and my jaw dropped - the architectural design was phenomenal. I went over to a kiosk and ordered my two raspberry frozen drinks, without any glitches or issues. I chose to pay with cash and went over to the counter to pay, and I mentioned to the lovely staff that the place looked amazing. She was surprised and looked quite flattered, and said “A lot of people actually say this store is a disgrace.”
As she went to go make our drinks, she came back to my friend and I and asked if our $1 drinks were meant to be larges not smalls, which they were - my own mistake on the kiosk - this really made me admire the staff here.
I was surprised with the reviews here on google, but it was a lovely experience for me!:)

I recently visited McDonalds Spring Farm (Thurs the 13th of May) and was very happy with my experience, as the 'egg' machine wasn't working so my ordered sausage and egg mcmuffin was unable to be made, however the crew trainer (blue shirt) on drive thru (who I unfortunately didn't get the name of) swapped and sorted out for an alternative, thank you once again ! much appreciated, the customer service by the crew-trainer on drive thru was very lovely and nice !

They are always good. Even though it's newly opened in the suburb, they have very experienced and friendly staff. They keep the quality of customer service and food high. There are also some young and very energetic staff who very approachable and helpful. #thanks McDonald's 🙏

Food is the same....one of the most stylish restaurants though...good amount of seats... you'll have to download an app to use wireless charging which doesn't add anything to the speed in which it charges...download used more power than what I could get back from charging 😅 in the time I was eating a Big Mac...

Opening day:
My mate said his toastie was sensational.
He also exclaimed "what a lift!" upon receiving a complementary voucher for a small coffee valid today only courtesy of C91.3

The Spring Farm McDonalds was a lot better with service as well as the amenities. Also, some items were slightly cheaper- fun fact, McDonalds don't have the same prices - go figure

Very nicely decorated, new and clean looking restaurant. Serivce was good. Overall was a good place to eat at for atmosphere, cleanliness and parking.

Good place for kids . Indoor play is awesome . Waiting time is normal . Coffee is great here. Will keep coming .

Awesome hot chocolate from McCafe, and lovely customer service in drive thru.

Grabbed breakfast this morning and the coffee was great, I've had worse coffees in the city from "high end" cafe's. Maintain 👌
