The Turning Page Bookshop

Absolutely love this bookshop. Great variety and a really nice aesthetic too, with friendly staff to top off the experience.

What a lovely store! The bookshelves were organised and the staff were beyond friendly.

I overheard (who I assume was the manager) checking in with one of his staff and asked if she had lunch yet. He reminded her to take her lunch break and was genuinely asked how her weekend was going. They seemed to have a professional relationship and genuinely he cared about her wellbeing. I was offered assistance and was explained their reward system upon checkout.

Summary: They are super supportive of one another, they offer assistance when needed, all staff are approachable and overall have a nice atmosphere in the store.

Ordering books through The Turning Page is always easy and friendly. I had a particularly good experience today when ordering multiple books. Lovely small bookshop that’s popular with the locals and tourists. Though small they store the latest releases. I was surprised to find a book that was released last week available when most Sydney bookshops didn’t.
