I love coming here. Seeing everyone’s faces makes my day. Whoever chooses the pop vinyls selection needs a raise, they are amazing.

This shop is amazing, the people who work there are always lovely and chatty. Great to have such a nice Newsagency around.

Consistently poor experience. Unfriendly staff who I can only assume must have other places they would rather be. I'd they were not the only place to buy stationary locally, I would.never walk in there again.

A really awful experience in Springwood Newsagent today. I left feeling belittled and sad with the treatment I received by the lady behind the counter. I should have known when my smile and hello weren't returned. I remained polite and left. Everyone has bad days I do understand but this was just awful. Never again.

Generic selection which I put up with until I witnessed the sour faced older woman with short hair who I assume to be the manager berate an elderly customer over $1.30. He tried to laugh the situation off with her out of embarrassment to be met with "yep" from this charming woman. I cant imagine ill be back after that.

I’ve been to this business multiple times and never had an issue, with many of the staff being lovely. However today I met an older lady with blonde hair,(who could possibly be the owner) and she was the rudest woman I have ever dealt with in a retail environment. I bought a drink which I do a few times a week, and she informed me that there was a $10 limt.I have never been told this before, and the way she said it said that she had repeatedly told me and that it was unacceptable, even though there was no sign and with other staff there was no problem. She was so rude and told me I could buy my drink elsewhere, so I’d advic to not come to this shop anymore , because it is no longer the lovely business it was.

I have never been spoken to rudely in my life. Unbelievable. I will not be returning to this shop. I went into this store 9th Jan, 2022 and both staff were extremely rude.

Very rude every time I go in there. And your not saving the community by wearing masks still your saving yourselves selfishly and from variants that are weaker than the standard influenza. Wake up
