We had a fantastic experience selling our house through Brett. The first time we showed him through our place, I knew he was the right agent for us. Not only was he incredibly enthusiastic about our home, he also gave us really great advice on what to change and what to leave 'as is' before we put it on the market (we were finishing up renovating at the time). He was fantastic to communicate with, very responsive to texts and calls, and knowledgeable about the local area. He really listened to us when we talked about what we loved about our house and the area we lived in and used those intricate details when putting together the sales campaign. The photographer (and videographer) he used was second to none and made our place shine online.
