This is the best pharmacy in Campbelltown the staff are consistently friendly, caring approachable and always ready to assist. They have fantastic prices and they price match with other pharmacies without any hesitation. I will not go anywhere else. Totally satisfied with the service 😀

I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the two wonderful ladies who were working at the main pharmacy on Sunday, July 16th. Their exemplary customer service deserves recognition and a pay rise!

Despite being short-staffed, these exceptional individuals went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries. They demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine willingness to help, making me feel like a valued customer. Their dedication and commitment to providing outstanding service in challenging circumstances truly impressed me.

Not only did they address my concerns promptly, but they also took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring I had a clear understanding. Their patience and attention to detail were remarkable, and they went out of their way to ensure my needs were met.

Their friendly demeanor and warm smiles created a welcoming atmosphere, even though they were undoubtedly under pressure. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their customers and took pride in their work.

The level of service I received from these two exceptional ladies surpassed my expectations. Their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction are a testament to their exceptional work ethic.

To the management of the main pharmacy: I strongly believe that these exceptional employees deserve a pay rise. Their dedication and exceptional service should be rewarded and acknowledged. Their positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills have undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me.

I’ve been coming to this chemist for quite a few years and the service is great. The prices are always fantastic. I really appreciate that I can request brands without being pushed to take a generic option although they have a huge variety of all brands and generics.

after Priceline stitched me up.. big time.
I came upstairs to see shop smart and was pretty desperate at this point for help.
And I’ll be honest i had zero confidence that I was going to receive it and just had this feeling I was going to have more trauma to add to the entire situation.

The ladies that looked after me here have seriously made a customer for life..

They went to bat for me with this lousy clinic that I’m unfortunately having to go to atm..
I’ve had soooooo many issues with them. It’s coming a joke at this point, you can only laugh once the tears stop.
I’m constantly ignored when I voice anything for my self.
And the ladies could see that I was being taken for a ride.
They really took charge and could see I am really just someone that is trying to get better, and not drown in this world.

I felt so advocated for.. It made me cry.

I just am very appreciative that someone was kind enough these days, to see that someone was struggling and crying out for help.

they showed humanity by going above and beyond for someone who’s just begging for a break. I haven’t seen this at any chemist since I was a little girl and my mum was close friends with the ladies at the chemist. I’d love to have that kind of relationship with my pharmacist, seeing as I have quite a few medicines that I need :(

This pharmacy used to be my go to when I worked in Campbelltown years ago so when I was transferred to Campbelltown for work last year, Shopsmart was one of my first stops. Still as helpful and most importantly knowledgable, the pharmacist on duty is always happy to have a chat and put my mind at ease.

I think they have wonderful customer service. The lady is very helpful

to get my shot iam 66 didnt want to stand for a long time my hubby went looked on Google and to my delight and happiness this chemise is doing the AZ Covid shot the staff there are so beautiful i know them all i was so comfortable & the girls know me for 5 years iam so so happy i got it done there thank you thanks you for relaxing me and use all having a laugh love you all xxxoo
