Wabi Sabi Sushi Bar

We came here last night for my daughter's birthday. She had visited a week or so ago and loved your little restaurant. It was so busy last night which is great but we had to wait a little for food*(Which was no problem as we could see how busy it was). The food did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and had a beautiful manner and smiles. Thanks for a lovely night. We came down from Brisbane.

We found the food to be very tasty. Good portion sizes. Teriyaki tofu was great in both of your main choices.

The best ramen I have had in such a long time, my compliments to the chef it was AMAZING!!! The staff were super helpful with helping me choose my meal as there was so much to choose from and it all sounded and looked so good. When I walked in the atmosphere was relaxing and calm plus there was a really great live musician playing which made the place even more appealing to stop in and grab something to eat. I would go back there any day of the week... may have to make some extra visits to the area just to try more of the menu, YUMMMMM.

Great place to have lunch or dinner, the food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant 😃 My personal favourite is the Chicken Katsu Don.

I just arrived here for a retreat & was looking for a bite to eat. I had one look at the menu & knew I’d come to the right place. There were vegetarian options & I was so impressed with the presentation, waiting staff, & flavors. I had 3 different types of sushi, tempura veggie, & the premium Japan beer. Basically, I can’t stop thinking about it. So good!

We’re staying in Brunswick Heads but decided to venture to Ocean Shores for dinner at Sabi. Ended up there 2 nights in a row. Fresh food, great prices, made to order, lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend. A great option away from the pricey Brunswick Heads establishments.

Dined with 6 others and each of us were super impressed with our meals. We had entrees and mains. Menu is extensive; food is colorful, well presented, flavorsome and fresh. Service was also ‘spot on’. I only wish I lived closer to this gem of a place, as I would certainly become one of their regulars.

Wonderful restaurant if you're on a health diet or watching your weight. Will be back. Terryaki Salmon bowl was devine and substantial. Waitress was friendly.

What a delightful find! Group of 9 for a Sunday lunch. Everyone's dish was presented thoughtfully and delicious. This is a capital city food experience but located in a demure, suburban shopping centre. Quality authentic food. Good value. I regret not living closer so I could work my way through the menu. Too many appealing menu choices for just one visit.

A hidden gem in Northern Rivers. I ordered the Kingfish poke bowl and the sashimi literally melted in my mouth. So fresh, great service and left with a big smile. I’ll be back :)

Great ambience. Whether it’s the soulful live music or the down to earth staff, this place is very engaging. You can’t help but feel the community vibe. My hubby and I walked by a few times because in truth neither of us are great Sushi lovers. Now that we’ve been drawn in by the authenticity and spirit of the place, we’ll definitely be going back. Not only was the food reasonably priced and tasty but you get to enjoy a crisp or mellow wine or cold beer to boot. Lovely place. Thank you!
