Echo Air Conditioning

Just had Echo Air put in complex ducted system in to our house. Big job as it required 3 separate ducted daikin systems ... one of them underfloor and the removal of two existing old split systems. Echo did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. Martin from echo was the only “quoter” from the companies we contacted who bothered to get under the house to properly assess the site during the initial quoting stage. This meant the right advice was given and the right decisions made . All appointments were kept. Text messages returned. Accounts payments confirmed. Team of 5 took three days to carefully install..each day they vacuumed and removed all tools out of the house. It’s still a dusty job with old lath and plaster ceilings and solid double brick walls in spots but great to have the house workable and free of mess each night. The guys on the job were all kind and friendly and were clearly a good team. Lots of consultation regarding vent and control panels positioning. Great result with full phone WiFi control and even and quiet air through the house. Quality detailed work Echo!! Thanks!

Neil at the office impressed with communication, and attention to detail. Sean and Luca who installed my aircon yesterday arrived on the dot, and I was confident enough to leave them to do the job while I was out. We had a ducted a/c system installed after our split system decided it would stop working.We got in contact with Martin (Echo)who was our contact through the whole process,answering all of our questions about the system,keeping us informed about when the install would happen.On the day of the install the crew were all on time and carried out the works without any issues,even accessing our roof cavity which is very tight.The crew were polite and completed the install without any mess left behind.Martin came past during the day and at the completion to check that everything was up to standard which it was and to run us through the operation of the system.
We were extremely happy with dealing with Martin and the team from Echo and would definitely recommend them as they are a professional service to deal with.

We had ducted air-conditioning installed by Echo air and couldn't be happier ! Martin was our main contact person and he was professional through the whole process. As it was a new build the install went in phases over a few months and nothing was too much trouble. The install team were also excellent . They were so tidy , didn't put any marks on the newly painted ceilings , arrived when they said they would and cleaned up. Highly recommend this Australian company.

Had to get our ducted air system replaced recently. The professionals at Echo made it all very easy and painless. We were given a very comprehensive run through of what options best suited and, more importantly whether they would physically fit. Martin was very thorough and communicated in a timely manner throughout the whole process, including follow ups post install. The 3 installation techs were polite and professional and laid down dust sheets on all surfaces anywhere near the work. Left the place clean and tidy. Very happy with the new system, quieter and I'm sure more energy efficient. Thanks Echo, highly recommend you.

From start to finish, Echo, yourself and the stallers have been totally professiobak and have made the whole experience pleasurable and stress free.

Martin was amazing. He was the only person who truly respected our home and keeping the heritage charm (rather than sticking the unit anywhere). Martin cane twice to see how he could make it work. He was kind, responsive and gave me complete confidence that Echo could make it work.
The men that installed the unit were punctual and efficient. They installed around kids and people with no issue.
I was incredible impressed and would highly recommend Echo. I got 6 quotes (because no one could seem to do the job!) and Echo were the best by far!

Echo Air Conditioning are a great company to deal with. The quoting and installation were both very efficient. I’ve purchased two Fujitsu units, most recently for an upstairs room. The location to me seemed difficult, but presented no problem to the installation guys, who also cleaned up very well. I was quoted on Wednesday and installation completed the following Monday. Very pleased to have air conditioner in time for Summer. I couldn’t be happier!

We originally planned to re-zone our ducted air-con system, Martin inspected our house and advised against it, as it's better to keep the way it is. Thank you for the honesty! We have our air con serviced annually with them, the service has been great. I highly recommended their service!

I replaced my Brivis Gas Unit with a new Brivis Mod BX320NG through Echo Air Conditioning. They were recommended by a good friend of mine. I found Gerad who quoted on the job very accommodative and professional. Nothing was too difficult for him! The installer Ryan and his assistant were also very knowledgeable and efficient. Ryan is a good Tradie who was well organised and neat & tidy in his work. June at the Office is also efficient and made sure she kept her client updated of the progress. I have no hesitation in recommending Echo for Brivis heaters

Just had a split system and a ducted system installed at home by Echo Airconditioning and it is making a great difference to our comfort this Winter.
