I visited Narellan branch today and was so happy to see no wait time for a bank which usually I have to wait ages to be seen or spoken too. Jeni was extremely helpful and well spoken. She had great knowledge and had the right answers for all my questions. Thanks Jeni, will be back to see you again soon, keep up the great work.

Great branch. Ms Priya (the manager) and her team goes far beyond to assist where needed. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced.

I dropped into CBA Narellan and was greeted by Alysha.
I had recently refinanced a few loans of to CBA and some questions regarding my accounts. Alysha took the time to talk me through what I needed. We have since been back with some questions that we missed again she was there with a smile and happy to assist.
