JB Hi-Fi Narellan

Went to JB Hifi at Narellan today because my local store is never helpful. Hayden served me and was extremely knowledgeable of all of the products i enquired about. He was very friendly andpatient. I didnt feel like he was rushing to move on to the next customer. I highly recommended Narellan and in particular Hayden. It's sadly rare to find customer service up to his standard these days. Thank you Hayden.

Rachel was an extremely helpful staff when we visited the store . She not only assisted me in purchasing a Samsung tablet but also helped with smart watch,Nintendo & Telstra Sim.great patience & commitment .

Brilliant customer service provided by both store managers when I rocked up almost closing time with my request that my delivery has not arrived. They took the time to investigate and provided me with with the item right away.
Efficency at it's finest. This smoothness actually made it up for the dissatisfaction I had with the actual delivery service which ironically did not deliver. Thank you.

The staff went out of there to help. I purchased a computer, and after many calls to the manufacturer, I could not get a replacement, and as it was only three months since I purchased it, I did want it repaired.
I spoke to JB Hi-Fi, and they immediately told me that they would pay me a full refund as the computer was faulty or a credit note.
That is what I call service.

Always happy when I shop here!!! Bought my Samsung Galaxy 5 watch for $449!!! Vodaphone wanted $499 ....and all other suppliers heaps more!! Customer service can be improved with some staff members but majority of them are wonderful!! Brilliant watch....love all the wonderful features !! Very happy🤣🤣

Excellent experience at JB Hi-fi Narellan, took the call from to check for stock or a particular phone, checked said stock, put aside the last remaining one, and then took the time to set up the phone plan, all the while keeping a solid level of professionalism despite the construction work going on in the shop! Stellar job.

Had wonderful help from Moreen today. I have been looking at a Canon G7X Mark 2 for sometime and she was incredibly helpful explaining the benefits of this camera for what I wanted to shoot. I walked out one satisfied customer. I wish more people were like Moreen she is pretty awesome!

I needed to replace a lost phone recently and experienced the absolutely finest customer service from the Narellan team. They were very patient despite experiencing difficulties with the telco software. Couldn't have wished for better service. They deserve well in excess of 5 stars for their huge effort in resolving the obstacles that presented. A special thank you to Bella whose efforts were exceptional.
