As a newbie to crossfit, Crossfit Happy is everything I hoped for; a welcoming community, variety in workouts, knowledgeable trainers. I am easily getting my exercise in consistently because I'm excited to go. This place is the best!

Highly recommend training here! So glad I found this place, the facilities are top notch and the coaching is second to none. A super supportive, safe & encouraging environment catering to all fitness levels. Everyone that trains here is so welcoming and friendly.

I’ve been going to CrossFit midnight life for just over 12 months and I have never Once looked back. I am the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been and I’ve made some Great mates along the way. The coaches are amazing, informative, supportive and go above and beyond. I recommend anyone of any fitness level to give it a go, you will not regret it one bit.
