The Athlete's Foot Highpoint Super

Every time I have visited both stores at high point the staff have been provided the best service! Today (20/5/24) I was served by the female staff member (didn’t catch her name) who was very patient and thorough with me. I’d actually bought the Hoka Bondi 8 on the athletes foot website last week but hadn’t tried them on in person and usually in previous years my Hoka running shoe of choice was always the Clifton but very happy with my decision being the Bondi 8. Thanks so much legends!

I had an issue (nothing involving the staff) & the team at HP are great! I unfortunately forgot the name of the gentlemen on the phone but he & Connor were wonderful & resolved my issue promptly.
Customer service has really been lacking in many retailers for the last 12 months but these guys were great & happy to help.

had a great time Athletes foot highpoint super store, was served with wonderful customer service and felt very welcome by employees. I was served by a lovely lady Sahana, who assisted me in finding exactly what I needed! staff are very well trained.

Took my daughter Charli to get her fitted for some new shoes. Lexy was awesome, the technology used helped her work out some great choices.

Dylan helped me to find the real size. I am barber and usually during the day stand for long time. i do not fill any pain on my feet and back whit this new pair. Thanks again Dylan

I brought my kid in for a fitting for back-to-school shoes and I just want to express how happy we were with the customer service. The girl we had was attending to other customers at the same time and was so well organised and professional with everybody.

Was served by Connor on Friday. Excellent service, and a down to earth dude. Helped me find the right shoe for me, definitely recommend checking the store out :)

Conor is the most knowledgeable and helpful fitter. I have gotten many shoes that have helped my feet and get the best service

Had a really good experience at the store, the employees were super helpful and informed. Especially Sophia, she walked me through the whole process of finding which shoes suited me best. She’s a superstar and the reason I’ll come back to this store when i next need shoes!

I came into this store hoping I’d be able to find someone to help me find the perfect work shoe - instead I wasn’t greeted, or paid attention too.
In fact once someone noticed I needed help, they gave me my shoe size and then left without asking if they were good support what I’m looking for, I kinda felt irrelevant to the staff and like they just wanted to chat at the POS together. Will not be returning and will definitely allow my friends& family because I feel generally extremely shit about the experience. Please learn general customer service when you work in sales.

Ordered a pair of Archies online click and collect order. Received an email that my order is ready for collection. Drove 30kms to pick up an order and find it out that it wasn’t ready. First staff member couldn’t see my order he asked second staff member, she couldn’t find either. Girl name Lexy, couldn’t find it either and suggested if I can come back in the morning. I told her that I drove all the just to collect this order and it is a Christmas present for someone. After about 50mins of going back and forth she said we need to cancel and refund for your order as they don’t have size and colour in stock.
What a waste of time.

Went to this store on 13th april late afternoon. These 3-4 girls working at the store didnt even care to ask if we needed assistance. We were after a particular type of shoes and wanted help, but the way they were ignoring made us leave the store.

Not usually one to review but i walked in twice over the span of 2 hours and was not served. Second time 4 team members were huddled around the counter talking.
