We purchased several items: Villa low line entertainment unit, Villa coffee table, Hilton Tallboy, Hilton bedside tables, Kobe leather dining chairs, River extension dining table, and the Jersey sofa bed.
All look great, and the sofa bed is really comfy and super easy to pull out.

Staff were fantastic, especially the store manager Teghan, who really went out of her way to make the whole process as simple as possible for us - suggesting items that would look good together, showing us how the extension table and sofa bed work, she was very clear about delivery dates for the various items, grouping what she could into one big delivery to save costs, and letting us know when we could pick up remaining small items from the store ourselves.

Delivery went smoothly and have had zero issues with the items. Definitely recommend.

We purchased the Tully 5 seater chaise lounge. It is a gorgeous couch and super comfy for a really reasonable price. Staff were great and delivery was seamless (the delivery guys were very respectful and professional). This is my third purchase from Focus (I never hesitate to purchase furniture from Focus as everything is well made for a good price).

Went to get assistance in purchasing furniture for my new house. Spoke with the store manager, Sarah. Her professionalism and approachability was fantastic. Her product knowledge and explanation was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and made my overall experience quick and easy. I will for sure be returning to focus on furniture for any add ons.

Recently purchased a 5-seater sofa, a bed, and a mattress Focus On Furniture and I am extremely happy with the quality of the products and the exceptional service provided. A special shout out to Joel and Sarah who assisted us with our purchase. We got a great offer over the Easter weekend.
The delivery and set-up service was also quite good and all the items were handled with great care. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

The delivery guys, in particular Adam, did an excellent job of bringing in the furniture carefully and assembling the pieces thoroughly and quickly. Very happy with the products and overall service. Marilena gave great customer service and was lovely to chat with too. Helped me make a decision and was very informative about product and other products available. I also compared quality of couch with other stores selling similar couches at similar prices and was obvious Focus on Furniture quality (and customer service) was much better for price and was an even better bonus couch was on sale too and in stock. deposit now paid and booked delivery! exactly how business should be done :-)

These guys have a great range of affordable furniture. The guy that helped me took time to give me options and was more than helpful negotiating a price. He didn't seem to mind that I moved everything around to find the perfect look. The furniture is generally solid wood and clever construction.
