Today in the middle of the trips to the twin city, the alternator of my KIA Carnival failed to work for some reason. NRMA was called but couldn't help, just told me that it was the failing alternator which I was 90% sure already. I used the last power in the battery to have driven to this business. Lucky I happened to have come across a hand that looks after their customers. Luke, the guy I met there sorted out the parts immediately, that proved to be not easy for the model of this old overseas made vehicle. Luckily again I was able to drive the car with a new alternator back to my remote country home on the same day.
Actually before going to this business I contacted another one for help but they could only get it done tomorrow at soonest.

Couldn’t recommend Pendergast automotive enough! Was stuck on my way through Albury and they dropped everything to give a diagnostic and fix the problem all within an hour or two, friendly attitude and great service!

I had broken down with my wagon near Geelong and had it towed back to Albury to have my neighbour work on it, who botched it up and Luke fixed it, also fixed it a second time when I stupidly went back to my neighbour. Pendergast Automotive is a great garage with thorough, professional, friendly and fast service and endless patience. I will be happy to go back there and there only.
