Plenty of shade. Close to IGA and TAB. One table.
No BBQ area or public toilets

Good potential but hasn't been updated for many many years, tables have been removed so not a good area to eat.
Council put new chipbark down and didn't even do the entire play area so that about sums it up. For the community it's servicing it seems inadequate but it could be fantastic.
Unfortunately Albury City Council funding hasn't reached Springdale Heights for some time.

There is nothing there expect a play area about time the Albury city council turned some of it into an off leash dog park.
