MSY - Ultimo

Parts are slightly cheaper on Amazon but you can get someone to rebuild your PC guts online. Costa (Ultimo) did a brilliant and fast job. He was friendly, helpful, effective and didn't try to upsell unnecessarily. Thank you Costa.

I couldn't explain how great the 2 guys from umart was. Costa and Allen did absolutely everything they could to help me out in the short amount of time they had left of there shift. They where very professional and very quick in what they do. If anything wrong happens to my PC again I will undoubtedly be returning to these guys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I thought it was about time I wrote a review for these guys. I have a PC that was built by them back in 2016 and it's still going strong. I've had the PSU swapped out once, for which i took it back to MSY. Their prices are great and the service is professional.

I never leave Google reviews but I was compelled to do one after a great above-and-beyond customer service experience yesterday at MSY Ultimo store.

I went in for some laptop parts. What I got was incredible help, advice and service from both Costa and Amir. Those guys answered so many questions and helped me in so many ways it's almost ridiculous. They must have spent 45 minutes helping me with a few things I know I would have struggled for days to do/understand myself.

If any MSY bosses ever read these reviews, just know you've got 2 great employees who go above and beyond for your customers with Costa and Amir.

I went into the store to pick up a video card. the manager informed me that it was still at the warehouse and me not understanding was very rude with him , being Bi-polar and in the middle of a medication adjistment I was also very aggressive, but the manager was firm, but super profesional and helpful. he went above and beyond. After I calmed down and apologized for my behavior my money was refunded and I purchased another different graphics card. I really appreciate the store managers patience with me and I will continue to use them as I have been dealing with this store since 2012. Best service and understanding on a human compassion level. Thanks and GOD bless.

Always buy base items from msy it's just quick hop across the bridge and off at Harris St. Recent trip was for a 1tb ssd $169. If I buy a full computer I go to mwave

I just have to give a shoutout to Costa, the manager at MSY.
He's been an absolute lifesaver! Whenever I've had an issue, he's gone out of his way to find a solution.
His knowledge is top-notch, and he always gives the best advice. Thanks to him, I'll choose MSY over Mwave, Scorptec, or Centrecom any day.
Seriously, MSY's head office must be proud of having someone like Costa on their team.

Originally got my PC built here a little over a year ago and was having some problems with it so I took it in to get checked. I was surprised as one of the staff, Amir recognised me from a year ago and helped me track the original order to get the repair done under warrantee. Big thanks to the staff and would totally recommend.

Went into the store to get help with a custom PC build and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The rig has been great so far. I recently went back to get help with finding a new monitor too and was assisted by Costa (I hope I'm spelling his name right) who helped me pick out the right one for me! Absolutely going to do the bulk of my PC shopping here from now on.

Costa at Ultimo was able to quickly understand my needs and build me a computer that met all of my expectations within my budget, even though I was on a tight deadline. I was particularly impressed with Costa's responsiveness and helpfulness. Ultimo was able to build the computer in a single day, which was incredibly helpful. I am very grateful for the help and support that I received from Ultimo and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a computer parts shop that is reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Costa at the Ultimo location, and I’ve got to say, awesome customer service by this individual and the team! 👌🏽 I am not very up to date when it comes to computing, but they were patient and provided the time and advice I was look for and bought my items at great prices. Costa provides great customer service that I haven’t experienced at MSY yet. He went above and beyond in ensuring I get the right computer parts despite it was not required of him to do so. When I was returning to my car, he helped me move my parts to the car which was an plus as it was raining. Can’t get this service anyone else. Was really surprised as MSY has never provided such excellent service. Go check them out as their customer service has evolved!!

I am MSY customer for more than 8 years and it is consistently very good experience buying from MSY. With mostly lowest prices, good quality products, very good and responsive customer service, multiple pick-up store locations make it the store of choice. Recently I had a chance to visit MSY Ultimo store and had the same great experience. Met Amir and Costa there at the reception and found them to be really professional, helping and friendly. They provided best customer service and support to help address my query answering questions and suggesting alternative solutions finally addressing my need. How can I forget very friendly and supportive customer service team at MSY call centre providing very quick support on phone. I can recall my recent communication with MJ, Rochel, Gerald and found them being very professional and supportive. Thank you, guys. Highly recommended.
