I had a consult with Dr Jacky Li. He was warm, understanding and quick. Being able to fit me in such short notice. Definitely recommend.

Dr Glory is great - thorough, compassionate, approachable and proactive.

He probably saved my friend’s life by referring him for tests he didn’t know he needed. Wound up in heart surgery for a congenital issue he’d lived decades without realising he had. I think the issue he initially saw Glory for was totally unrelated, and the doctor just noticed something.

The practice is very convenient. I wish the appointments were longer, but I think that’s a function of the GP system at the moment. If I ever went somewhere else it would only be to pay allot of money to be less rushed.

The ONLY place I will go is here and the ONLY doctor I will EVER see is Dr Glory Jeon. By far the most caring, kind and empathetic doctor I have come across in years, Dr Glory was recommended to me by four other people when I was first looking for a doctor years ago. I always take a long list of questions and concerns and he gets through them in detail, without ever rushing me. I feel truly blessed to have him as my doctor and I will update this review moving forwards. The other facilities are pretty decent too.

Dr Au is empathetic, thorough and caring. I feel safe and looked after under his care. Having pathology at the clinic is also useful and making appointments easy online or phone. I can only guess any poor reviews are from people who aren’t regular patients or don’t understand the strict and appreciated health protocols in place at the clinic. Also, on occasion new receptionists may not listen carefully but there’s usually another receptionist who can step in and help but you attend a practice for the medical care not the person who greets you at the front desk. Having been a patient of Dr Au for many years, I feel known and certain my health and well-being is paramount.

I have been attending this clinic since 2016. I always have booked Dr. Richard Au — who is the kind of doctor who see you holistically, with impeccable manners and vast technical knowledge —, and cannot find enough words to recommend this clinic. I have been treated by other doctors as well, and I can say with certainty that this is one of the best medical clinics in Sydney. I have tried the expensive ones in Cremone and the North Shores, and this is clinic beats all of them in quality, cost and humane service.

I am currently studying in the medicine field, and I feel like Dr austin is a very good gp. I have appointments with him frequently, and he is nothing but patient and kind.

After I relocated to Sydney, I had to find a GP to help me manage my general health and existing chronic conditions.
Ideally, I knew that I needed a Dr that will listen to me, is caring, empathic and treats me with respect.
Following on a friend's recommendation, I booked a consultation with Dr Robert Huang at Myhealth Central Park.
Thankfully, Robert fulfills my ideal Dr criteria and has now been taking care of my health, proffesionaly, for over two years.
Reception staff at the clinic are very amicable and professional.

I have been coming to this practice basically since it opened. I have never had any issues with the practice. I also now take my children here. The Drs I have seen regularly are Dr Au, Dr Mayo and Dr Li who I have all found professional, empathetic and thorough. I would recommend any of these 3 Drs without hesitation.

Booking an appointment was very easy and the girls were helpful to choose a suitable time required to fit my requested time. Dr Fay was great and she knew the answers to all the queries, all felt comfortable.

I've been coming her since 2016 and have received nothing but stellar service. I've had some issues with the MyHealth app but can always get appointments by phoning and can get other info emailed via encrypted mail. I'm horrified to read racist reviews of this medical practice. As a blonde woman, clearly caucasian, I've only ever received prompt, helpful and professional attention. Dr Au is very caring and takes the time to understand not just what you are presenting with but any possible underlying reasons for symptoms. Easy to do tele-health and get either e-scripts or paper. I know I'm in excellent hands at MyHealth Central Park.

I really like this medical centre. Dr Glory is awesome. Sarah is outstanding and i really like the centre nurse. Reception staff are generally friendly and efficient.
The only thing i don't like is the plastic screen because it is so impersonal.

The staff at my health Central Park are amazing. I was very used to seeing doctors who didn’t care about their patients but my experience here was the opposite . Dr Jeon is exceptional and so helpful and empathetic. I don’t mind travelling from far because I know I will be treated professionally and cared for . Doctor Angela Zhou is not only a wonderful GP but also very caring, heartwarming. She is professional and she helped me understand better about my symptoms in every appointment I had with her. She’s always happy to answer my questions no matter how stupid it is. I’m really lucky to meet a doctor like her

This place has always treated me with respect. The receptions are always calm and clear. Dr glory is also calm. Dr Robert is a bit more serious but that is good because he tells you what is best for you. Nurse Ashi helped out this time and she keeps her workplace tidy. Note. This is a popular hub so I recommend booking an appointment before hand. It would not be fair if people who booked were disregarded just because you arrived first. They accept medicare.

Dr Mayo is fantastic. In a very popular and busy practice (where she is no doubt loaded with back to back patients) Dr Mayo has always been kind, and takes the time to assist me and also empower me with knowledge as a patient.

I’ve always found it difficult getting to know doctors.
Or that I don’t get looked after properly if I see a different doctors each time.
My Health Central Park so far, I have not had one issue.

My regular doctor is Doctor Angela Zhou - she is very knowledgeable, patient, caring and professional at all times. I cant' speak for the other GPs here but I've only ever had a positive experience here. Occasionally she'll be running late, but that's to be expected at a GP clinic. When you book your appointment in advance you can avoid the disappointment of long waiting times, even though I know that's not always possible.

Today I also had a blood test and the Pathology lady on duty today was THE BEST I've ever been to. My arm veins are notoriously difficult to find and I've had terrible experiences in the past with blood tests. The lady I had today was very confident and assured me she wouldn't try if she wasn't and I barely felt a thing! I wish I asked her name.

Further comments and updates:
I really appreciate MyHealth taking airborne infectious diseases like SARS-CoV-2 seriously by continuing their mask mandate, distancing in the waiting room and the Hepa filter in the waiting room. THANK YOU. This is real leadership based on science.

Also - your lovely nurse who does the vaccinations. I believe she's been with your for years. Again, I feel bad for not remembering her name. But she has helped me overcome my huge phobia of needles (injections in particular). This lady did my tetanus booster years ago when I was absolutely petrified. She was understanding and gentle and I barely felt a thing.

Again, my personal experience has only be excellent with this practice. I think it's fair that you have to exercise some understanding and empathy for things like doctors running late etc. Health care providers are always extremely busy and often overwhelmed.

Over the past few years I have had great experiences here with Dr Richard Au and Dr Angela Zhou and could not recommend them enough. Dr Richard Au is a kind, caring and knowledgeable doctor who is really easy to talk to and has helped me a lot in the past. Today I felt compelled to put up a great review after an appointment with Dr Angela Zhou. She is absolutely everything you’d want in a doctor. I simply went in to get a new prescription but she spent time with me, asking me questions to actually determine whether it was the right prescription for me and walked me through some other options I should consider given my circumstances. I’ve seen enough doctors to know that few care this much (and know as much about some women’s health issues) so she has made a huge impression on me, as she has during previous appointments. I can not recommend these doctors enough. Thank you for the wonderful work that you do!
