Witchery

I’ve had 2 interactions with this store branch and Witchery in general and am so happy with the customer service provided to me by all of the staff. My first interaction: I needed work trousers and the friendly sales rep showed me almost all the options in store making sure I was found what I was after… in my second interaction which was today, the pants I bought were faulty (which is okay these things can happen!!) and 3 ladies assisted me and were able to exchange it for me which is the solution I was after. I’m so satisfied will definitely be a returning customer.

I visited Witchery Highpoint a few weeks ago, and was assisted by Rach, who helped me find a new wardrobe for work. The customer service was amazing, and Rach went above and beyond to help me. Thanks so much Rach and the Witchery team!

I love my local Witchery store. They are very helpful most of them. Whenever I asked for a certain sizing they always go beyond expected and always willing to help just as away. However, you might encounter a once in a blue moon bad rep from one of the staff. But overall I always have a great experience shopping here.

Amazing Witchery store, pleasant and lovely customer service by all of them, Jess specifically assisted me to get a piece I’ve been waiting to have since a long time.

The clothing’s nice and the qualities good, sizing is confusing starting at 4, can you use AU sizes, we’re not in America or China. The stores are low on stock all the time, the staff offer to sell half an outfit and then offer a impractical solution by asking you to chase the other half through your other stores, tacky. I’m not sure who Witcherys demographics are targeted to, the styles for 30-40s but the people that shop there are over 50+. City prices, rural service, rude, snobby and pretend to help. Highpoint and Moonee ponds had nothing, so I went to Witchery Myer and I was able to buy the five pieces I was looking for and i had to ask for a garment bag. Purposely slow and outdated staff. Just sad

My mum and I went to this store yesterday, and although there was only 2 customers in the store, the 5 staff were too busy, not to mention unfriendly. we put it down to lowered spirits due to COVID-19... when we went to the register the women were trying to handball us off to eachother and then had no interest in what I had to say about my clothing I had chosen. They didn’t speak to us at all, and then a lady came in and got the full treatment with an over the top “hello how are you!” I said not to worry about the top I was buying and left, we felt discriminated against and WILL NOT be back.
Unfortunate as we love the clothes and spend lots of money here
