Down to earth, honest, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. We had a great experience with Debbie (and Sarah from her team). Nothing was too much of a problem, any questions we had were very promptly answered. The whole process was very smooth and we ended up with the property we wanted! PPD found me a wonderful home. "Amazing" is probably the word that encapsulates our experience with Ashlee from PPD. We inspected the most incredible unit she had open. All through our visit to the property she made us welcome and answered each and every query we had. Then when we made application, she made sure that we had completed everything even call us and helping us through the application when we had left things out. Genuine & Thoughtful Service . I have had negative experiences with Eastern Suburbs real estate agents in the past. Some of them clearly carrying a large ego but I have had a really positive experience with Tristan & PPD. Super responsive from the first visit through to negotiations with the Vendor. Full transparency from the start which I really appreciate. Me and my partner live our lives through our intuition and we not only had a good feeling of the team assigned to the property of interest but we had good referrals in regards to their work and personalities. I didn't feel a favour towards us as buyers or the vendor it was very levelled ground and Tristan helped us close the deal and have a deposit on lock within 72 hours of when we first looked at the property. Most helpful and great advice to achieve a good sale price. I first met Daniel when I purchased my apartment nearly 10 years ago. He was most helpful at that stage in dealing with my purchase.
