Commonwealth Bank Niddrie Branch

Staff have always been welcoming, friendly and very helpful when I have visited this branch.

Good service and friendly staff. Even though there are other branches closer to the office i always do the weekly banking here.

John, the Manager, was able to successfully fix a problem that the bank's call centre failed to.

They had 1 teller, had to wait for 10 minutes in a queue. A person came to help and that was very helpful. Job done in less than 5 minutes.

Sometimes there will be some less experience staff at the front and they dont even go further details to solve, when i visited first time they ask me to get my sons birth certificate to open an account, but next day they opened without looking at them because his passport has my name as father so that s enough to show the relationship, which I carried on first day also.

The visit to this branch was very disappointing. One staff member spoke to another member about my concerns openly in the branch for all to hear and yet I was standing right there. No privacy observed at all. I was also made to wait for an hour only to be told to make an appointment as if my time didn't mean anything. I heard other clients complain and all the staff did was complain back. I'm never coming back here again. I don't usually review but this is definitely worth warming others about. Head Office what's going on??

Feel sorry for Niddrie com bank customers. The staff in this branch are rubbish. After wasting half an hour of my time simply trying to put a cheque into an estate account, it became apparent that they knew nothing about estate accounts and were determined to put hurdles in my way. Luckily I just made it to another branch in time and they put the cheque in without any problems. If I was that bad at my job I would be given the sack. Come on Niddrie staff try to be helpful rather than deliberately difficult.

Three people in front of me in the queue, waited 45 minutes to be served. Huge queue behind me that will take hours to clear. Goodbye CBA, not putting up with this "service" anymore.

When are you going to fix the ATM?????? How many more months do we need to wait??????

Some staff members have such a lousy attitude it makes you wonder if they understand the meaning of customer care. 👎👎👎

ATM to deposit has been faulty for so long, fix it!!!

Service here is shocking!!!!!

This is my 3rd time that I got to take such an attitude from staff. I wonder if they train their staff to work with diversity of people.
