Johnson & Rielly Mitre 10

Excellent service. Rang to see if a product was stocked, they put the items away for me and was ready to purchase on arrival. Opposition did not have this item in stocks for months. Worth checking these guys out.

🤩 5 stars. Used them ever since Covid-19 for shower mats (rubber floor mat) and ordered new ones whenever I've needed them. Ordering is a breeze. 'Tis a modern electronic world for orders, and they do so splendidly. Like their commercials and slogan, they are indeed as mighty helpful, as they are, the Mitre 10. 👍🙂

Definately will be coming back, being in the trade the service you get including someone knowing what to do and what is what is something you won't find at bigger competitors

Some products are more expensive and some are less but you'd find the margins these guys make aren't as big as you'd assume. The industry has had massive price rises and the staff here genuinely hoped out and even gave me better more cost effective alternatives.

Huge store with well stocked items. Great location easy access from freeway and major roads. Ample parking spaces available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Before coming to store I called and spoke to a staff member to check for a product, very polite and helpful.

Been a customer for over 5yrs since living in the area, and they have become my go to for almost ANYTHING…. John in hardware is about the nicest character I’ve ever had to deal with and always has a helpful bit of advice or he helps carry my stuff to my car. You won’t find them doing that at Bunnings lol.
They have a real corner store vibe and look… it’s just perfect really.

Good stocked store with excellent customer service and attentive staff.

Easy access immediately two minutes off the Tullamarine freeway, with plenty of parking.

I called for click and collect and I was quickly put in contact with a customer service representative who found the item in stock by using the part number and told me I could come down immediately and pick it up. Which I did - I just drove into the car park and called them and they brought the item out to my car, obviously during the Covid lockdown time here in Melbourne.

Excellent customer service. 👌 I rang about a ceiling fan and told them what size it was they checked their stock and said yes we had them in store. When I arrived very friendly staff, they measured the old fan too the new 1 and said it would fit no problem. Better than bunnings. Great value

We are so lucky to have Mitre 10 in our neighborhood. The staff are always so polite and knowledgeable. I called the store to ask about some tools and products that we needed and the staff got everything ready and were so helpful. Good old fashioned service is rare to find these days - thank you to all

Adam was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me with a flat pack pantry that I bought, somehow squeezing it into my small sedan. Every worker gave me excellent information and assistance. Will return to this mitre ten even though I don’t live very close, just for the helpful team!

Reliable well stocked store, helpful staff who assisted with the exchange of a panel from a flat pack laundry cupboard. Thanks to Adam who had it in the store in a few days. I’ll be there again!

To be honest , I live pretty much equal distance from Mitre 10 and the other mob . But I chose Mitre 10 every time , the staff are friendly and very helpful. Also its a dog friendly place , which means Rocco my boxer can come in and say hello instead of having to wait in the ute .. so 5 stars from me .

Great service, knowledgeable staff and above everything was easy to find and in its place. Parking was plenty and straight off the freeway.

Easy access n parking and a surprisingly large range. Friendly staff are easier to find than at some hardware stores and the prices are competitive. A local business that deserves support.

I visited the Mitre 10 at Niddrie timber section.Thw customer service provided by the sales assistant was fantastic. Went out of the way to get what I needed and also got the timber cut.
Even the other members in the shop were very courteous and customer oriented. Welldone👌
