Woolworths Niddrie

Well organized store and generally well stocked. Efficent staff compared to Monee ponds Woolwoths, with little wait in que times.

It's always a pleasure shopping at Woolworths Niddrie. I always choose the self checkout in the morning. Sharon is a great help. Occasionally I have issues with scanning items but she's always patient and helpful. Even without a voice this morning, she assisted me greatly

This shopping centre has everything but most of all Woolworths is fantastic they even have potatoes unlike other's/ frozen chips.
If you ask for help the staff will go over and above to make sure you get what you ask for
We all should have respect and not take bad day out on whom has nothing but kindness to serve us!
There not our slaves people who work in customer service should be paid so much more because at the end of the day there dealing with everyone's problems

Having that chat with someone who doesn't have any family and lives alone that just wants to say hello can just make the customer day !

A well located Woolies in the heart of Niddrie. The staff are friendly, and always able to assist. The store layout is clear and easy to navigate. Even during peak times, the store doesn't seem too crowded and you can still get your shopping dobe in good time.

An excellent store with most requirements catered for. Very helpful staff. The Deli and Bakery were well stocked with fresh product and a wide range of fruit and veg is available.
Great underground parking with many Disabled bays available. Good accessibility from parking area via a ramped walkway which is not too steep for disabled folk.

The store is always neat and tidy. The staff 99% of the time are very friendly. Access for disbaled parking.

The store can get pretty busy but overall feels like there's always enough space.

Currently (SEP 2020) there are security at the checkouts and people are behaving in an orderly fashion.

There are ramps and easy access for disabled/handicapped customers as well as one disabled bay up the top on Keilor Road (no need for ramps).

Panic buying hit this place pretty hard but the store was quick to buffer it's stock and maintain low amounts of each item and regulated customer purchases very well.

Being on the tram line there are the occasional drop kicks.

It was really busy, the self serve was closed from having issues, there were a few staff that came and opened up. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Excellent customer service from the whole team but particularly from chrissy and rita. Their passion for helping others is a great benefit to this store and the community

I visited Niddrie Woolies this morning and was looking out for a product which I could not find. I asked for assistance from Rita one of the employees who was quite busy.She immediately went out of the way and got the product for me.
I wish to thank for the good management and special thanks to Rita for the excellent service provided.

Great little shopping hub,Woolworths is a good size. Nice cafe,best coffee, a Butcher,green groceries, Seafood shop, Toilets, Chemist Bakery, Tattslotto car parking underneath.

Had a little trouble with an online order, but she promptly fixed the problem, with a smile! Please let management know how amazing she was, she deserves the recognition! Thank you! Thank you for the “favourites” chocolates. I have never had anyone go as far as she did to help. Fantastic!!

Lovely shop not too busy at all. Plenty of discounted stock at night. Car park is well lighted.

I love shopping at this Woolworths store. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store, while not as big and modern as other branches, is always clean and tidy. As for public amenities, a contributor to this thread, John Miles, commented that the toilets are not close. This is not true. When you leave the store, if you walk straight (towards the exit to Keilor Rd), turn left at the fruit and veg place, go down a short corridor and the there are clean toilets. In fact, the distance from the supermarket to the toilets is considerably shorter than it is at most shopping complexes.

went there last thursday to do my family shop for my young kids and i was served by a young girl whose tag read Alicia and i loved IT!!!!!!!!! she was so sweet talking to me, seeming genuinely interested in what i had to say and packaging my food very nicely. hope to come back when she's working again !!!!!

Always friendly and helpful staff, not a large store but large enough, smaller shops in arcade make it one place to shop at, plenty of parking

good woolies. got all of your needs. parking space is tight but there's plenty of it. lots of other stores in the same complex for more speciality items

I enjoy shopping at Woolworths, Niddrie and have done so for many years. The store is always clean the staff pleasant and helpful and the undercover parking a bonus! The other thing I like is that it part of the Niddrie Shopping strip!!
