It’s a MacDonald restaurant. You don’t need to read reviews to know what they serve. Fast food so the way. Plenty of calories to be had here and the food taste the same every where you go. Cheers big ears

Nice place for a quick meal 👌🍔 🍟🌯. Its very clean and has a lot of space for parking 🚗, you can eat there or take away, you still get your food very quickly 🕒⏳. You have options like beef, chicken, hamburguers or wraps, and soda or juices 🍊, also you can have some desserts or coffee and muphins ☕.

drive through staff need to improve their approach to customer service .I found them very bland and unfriendly .

Prompt service and not crowded.

One of the best coffee places in town. Their bean quality and skills of barista is top notch. They use good quality milk and dairy free options. Plus they are quick and friendly.

As most people in this town work in the mines, the staff are more mature. This means that your order is taken quickly and there is very little waiting time. Serves are as they should be with no mistakes or complaints.
Most miners and service personnel regularly eat here or get take away. The tables are clean and tidy with a newspaper always available and the drive through is quick.

By far best quality of McDonald's food I've experienced. I travel a lot around Australia often pit-stopping at the nearest town, but haven't come across such large portions of chips and burger size. I dare say it looks pretty similar to actually the display menu. Service can be slow at times but it's a very busy outlet due to high traffic through. It is worth the wait!

Seems like a well-run McDonald’s here.
I had a camper trailer hooked on and was able to use the drive-through with no problems.
Staff were fast, friendly and efficient.
Mc Donalds are the same all over, and that is why we all keep eating there.
Heaps of car parks.
There is room down the back to pull up in a big rig.

Always busy, but never have to wait a long time to be served.

The food isn’t anything special the same as it is at all McDonald’s, but it’s hot and served quickly which is better than a lot of other McDonald’s.

McDonald's food is pretty good in whatever location you are in. However, I think the McDonald's Food Chain management need to inspect all the public toilets in their buildings. Several were so bad, which turned me off their food products and I ate elsewhere on those days. If the site managers' don't care about their public toilets, then they are not likely to care about their food handling processes either.

Quick, friendly service. Food is always prepared well. Covid safe. They even had the BTS meal when I went in there, which I was not expecting.

Oh, and the coffee is pretty good, too.

Food is easy. Customer service here isn't always good but I was pleased with my last visit through drive through.

A place in Emerald where u can grab a bite for the road...

Local McDonalds that has long opening hours and usually the food is of a high standard, only dwonside is the quality changes in the soft serve depending on how puts in the ingredients

Barista's one word "Fantastic".
Just had our last coffee here today as moving away (so miss there coffee.)
They make best coffee at all Mackas worth the drive to Emerald. Well done

Great, fast and plesent. The lovely lady that served us named Sharon had a beautiful smile and our meal was ready almost instantaneously and that's why I give this McDonalds 5 stars! (In the drive thru)

Been here many times over the last 6 years and have never had a problem with quality or service. I see lots of complaints, people need to remember they have a lot of younger staff and sometimes things happen.

Clean, tidy and the food was nice. They got 5 stars because the staff were actually happy, friendly and looked like they wanted to be there.

Actually saw the table next to us cleaned twice while I had our lunch. They quick and efficient. Well done.

Reliable free wifi and amazing service. I ordered a cheeseburger, large fries, pineapple frozen Fanta, and a raspberry cheesecake from McCafé. It's a great place to chill and eat.
