However, none have matched the professionalism of Angela Hou, our lending manager from the Highpoint ANZ branch. Angela's diligence, attentiveness, and efficiency are exceptional. I want to particularly thank Caterina for resolving a dispute that has been quite time consuming and straining, in which she took ownership of the matter. The branch environment was inviting which I believe is a testament to the management of this branch. Well done team!

I had a very important enquiry today. Went to the bank in a hurry thinking it would be too busy. Fortunately I was met by the concierge on duty today. He not only helped me with what I need, was able to tell me exactly what I need to do and ask about the home loan enquiry. Other staff members are also so friendly. It made my day so much easier! I went into ANZ Highpoint today, I'm new to the country, want to open account. All the staff there are so friendly and I felt so welcomed. The senior staff helped my with all my enquiries and explained everything so clearly. I hope all the banks are like this.

Visited today, the teller seemed to have a bit of a problem. The manager(I am not sure) came out from the office to help at the counter and apologised to the customers about the delay. Therefore although it took a bit longer than usual, I was happy to wait.

Great experience and very friendly staff. Mr Sunny helped us completely to get our work done. He is a great guy with a helping and calm nature. I hope to see him everytime i go there.
