Emerald Western Gateway Motel

Nice clean & comfortable room, great shower, plenty of soap & consumables. The restaurant was closed but it was only a short walk to the Tavern for a nice dinner. Only downside was there wasn't any cold water in the fridge.

Used conference room they catered good food didn't use any of the rooms my self staff were there slipped in and out without causing a disturbance so yea was great

We had a lovely dinner at the in-house restaurant, it was a great dining experience with excellent customer service and great food.

Rooms are great, nice an modern.

The foods next level, one of the best steak restaurants in QLD they also went to the effort to make sure we had lunches every day.

These guys have taken us on while we are out here working an they have done an amazing job.

I’ll go out of my way to be back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this venue. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculate, very clean and very private. We hope to get back to this venue in the future.

Service very nice, rooms well presented and plenty of washing soap and tea and coffee, also had cold water in the room and biscuits to munch on.

I frequently stay away and I mean frequently…. However, although I’ve known for some time how to do reviews, this is my first ever !!!
I’m doing this cause the team here, led by a seriously professional general manager, have looked after me like I was royalty. My stay has been great while the restaurant is unbelievably good.
In my words, the only place to stay in Emerald. 6 star

Drove 10 hours to get here to Clean comfy lovely staff and very welcoming.. restaurant attached and an amazing sound healing next to reception on the Monday night we were here. Originally booked 2 nights but decided to stay another. So stayed 3 nights in total. My partner and I and our 3 kids. Awesome place. Highly recommend. Thank you so much once again.

Stayed for 3 weeks on business and couldn’t fault the place, room was cleaned and amenities clanged regularly, food was 5*, steaks out of this world, and the staff most welcoming and altered there time to suit our needs

We stayed here for 9 nights, lovely spacious room, very clean,everything that you required in the room for this length of stay.
Great service from house maid, nothing was too much trouble.
Owner very friendly and welcoming, and yoga on your doorstep.
Great coffee and breakfast.
We certainly will be going here again.

I've stayed here twice now over the last 2 months. Both times the rooms have been clean, well layed out and have everything anyone could need but most impressively has been the kitchen. Their dinners are equivalent to some 5 star meals I've had in Sydney and Brisbane. Strongly recommend the tasting plate. Overall service has been unfaultable.

Had our work Christmas Dinner at the Gateway, 3 course dinner for 10. Most of us went with the stone grill which was amazing. Starters and deserts were great. Spirits and cocktails went down well. Boss was pleasantly surprised by the value for $$$. Staff were easy going and enjoyed our antics. Was a good friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Spacious, spotless rooms, overhead fans and a/c. Lush towels and well equipped kitchen.
Evening meals were generous, beautifully cooked and interesting. Special mention, the Nadine potato wedges!

Steak cooked to perfection pepper sauce is to die for. My husband had oysters kilpatrick for entree and went back and had oysters kilpatrick for main. Service was great

I’m always impressed by the quality menu, prompt service and especially the seafood dishes. Great for a rural town, and the stone grill unique to Emerald

The room was clean and spacious. The shower was huge and the bathroom was spacious as well. There was a full sized fridge which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff and excellent facilities! Highly recommend the apartments when you stay in Emerald. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need! The Gateway is close to shops and within walking distance of excellent places to eat, including the Gateway's resturant. Would definetly stay there again!

The care and friendliness of the whole team at the Gateway was top notch. The food was incredible. Over my two weeks there the food did not disappoint once. Again the whole team's friendliness was fantastic
