I've been coming here for years even though I moved out of Moonee Ponds a year ago. The tellers welcome you as an old friend. When I was going through cancer treatment, they were very sympathetic and supportive. My handwriting was badly affected by the treatment, but they were very patient as I struggled to sign my name. This is customer service at its best!

Great customer services. I was actually just waiting for my friend to do a transaction. Have been greeted by two ladies during my wait, one of them was even on her break for lunch. Making sure all customers were being looked after. Impressed.
