I had some idea of the engagement ring I wanted to surprise my partner with however there were plenty of details that needed finalising, which Marleine was absolutely perfect in helping me to do. She was knowledgeable, attentive, understanding and made the whole process so easy for someone very indecisive like myself.

No question was too small for her, despite having many, and even after the ring was ordered and paid for she was in regular communication with me and put all worries I had at ease (even with the proposal!)

My fiancee is absolutely in love with her perfect ring.

They were so helpful and spent time showing me different designs and cuts and were happy to help no matter how many questions I emailed after (and there were many!!).
