Priceline Pharmacy

I always shop at Priceline Highpoint, their service is incredible. Though this time was something different it went beyond incredible. I went into Priceline on Sunday I walked up to the counter to check out I asked the young lady a question all of a sudden my head was spinning I became very dizzy and almost couldn’t speak, i felt like I was about to faint she noticed I was pregnant, she did not waste time! she immediately asked if I was okay and called for help almost straight away, her immediate response and how she handled the situation was just I don’t know how to explain it. She was well trained, and was quick to react and handle the situation. Not even 10 seconds after she called for help another lady who works at the pharmacy came and had me sit some where comfortable, immediately took my pressure, brought over water with hydra lights and made sure I was fine. I couldn’t thank her enough I had a male pharmacist also come up to
Me and question how I felt and provided some valued information for me to take back to
My doctor and what could be the course of why it happened. They cared so much and made sure I was okay before I left the store. I was so grateful as I was shopping alone so I was scared but they made me so comfortable and went above and beyond. I wish I could remember the young lady at the counters name because she was absolutely amazing she came to check in on me the whole time and as I’m leaving the store she asked if there was anything she could do to help me how I was going to get home. She was truly concerned and it showed. This goes beyond amazing this goes beyond incredible service this was almost a life saving experience. If you guys see this thank you again and I’m doing much much better now.

I love priceline highpoint store. Their staff are wonderful and very well trained. I was helped in skincare by Chloe and she assisted me in finding a skincare routine that was exactly what i was after and suited my skin type and concerns. Would absolutely return had a lovely experience. 10/10!!!

The level of customer service I get from the pharmacists at this Priceline is amazing! It’s a 20 minute drive from home and there’s a few stores that are far closer but I’ve found I rather make the trip here, they give you their attention, provide fantastic advice and are very transparent. I feel so safe and comfortable talking about my prescriptions here. Shoutout to Cindy for the wonderful support today too! Thanks again

Monique (mature age) at Priceline highpoint was so helpful and radiates sunshine and warmth! She spent so much time with us and was so lovely to us. Felt like good old fashioned customer service, from a woman who knows her perfumes. Thanks Monique!

I have been a customer/patient of Highpoint price line for over 8 or 9 years. My chemists & his amazing ladies the team make it a very pleasant experience. I can never go anywhere because from my Webster pack medications to my men's health care products, I have everything looked after by the team. I don't think everyone would be so lucky to have all that I get in return, caring staff, knowledgeable pharmacists,, delivery for those who are mentally challenged. I could go on about Kevin and his amazing team. This is the only pharmacy I used since 8 plus years since I moved from Sydney to Melbourne. Top pharmacy and latest men's product from aftershave and plenty of female products & fragrances.

Excellent customer service and excellent chemists. The staff are very helpful, cheerful and family oriented. If it's busy, they open up more registers pronto unlike other places which leave you waiting for 15 minutes.

Great customer service. Reliable staff. A doctor prescribed me an incorrect vaccination. It was a rare vaccine and when we went to purchase it, the pharmacist noticed it and contacted the doctor and corrected it. Highly recommend!

I met this wonderful staff who helped me so much to identify the right hair and skincare products. Finally when I was at the checkout feeling a bit guilty, I received this wonderful haircare box with 12 products in it to explore almost worth 90 dollars!!! Thanks for the wonderful service at this lovely Priceline shop today. I was looking for a good brand of eucalyptus essential oil and the staff took time to explain the different brands they have to me. Totally made my day :)

I’ve had Paris, the make up artist do my make up for three separate occasions. Paris is a consummate professional who is highly skilled and talented at applying make up. She absolutely nailed my look and I couldn’t be more happier 😊 Moreover, shes incredibly friendly and always ready to help! I was served by a girl named Holly in cosmetics who had so much product knowledge and took her time to colour match me thoroughly for a wide range of products. I have not experienced customer service this good in years which reflects on the Priceline culture she was so bright and bubbly and knew so much about the products and took her time to explain how to use each product and what suited my skin she was so understanding and patient. Thank you for the good experience I will definitely be coming back for your amazing assistance.

I’ve shopped at Priceline for years and have recently experienced fantastic customer service from Holly. She was extremely helpful and listened to me as a customer and what I was after in colouring matching my products. Her knowledge of cosmetics is exceptional.
