The Coffee Club Café - Ballina Fair

My little girl and I have been there twice in the past month and have been served by Ella. My goodness does that girl deserve a pay raise!! She has made our experience so memorable each time and has just been so organized and on top of everything. She goes around and puts a smile on literally everyone's faces and it melts my heart knowing that people like her exist🥺 Today my little girl had a fall and without a doubt Ella ran out in a heartbeat to give her a cuddle and make sure she was okay. You can see how much she cares for her customers and how much she enjoys lighting up people's day! The Coffee Club is truly blessed to have her as an employee. Ps, the coffee and scone was also amazing!🤪🤍

Always friendly service, staff are polite, excellent hot and cold drink options, great big or small meal options for everyone's taste. Dine in or takeaway. I love that their hot drinks are the right temperature hot enough to not go cold to quick and the cold ones refreshing 🙂

Best place in town to get a coffee, a wonderful and tasty feed topped with friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

One of the better coffee club cafes - excellent friendly and efficient service, coffee had great flavour and was a good temperature. Their cake cabinet puts them a step above a lot of other stores in the same chain. Cake, slice, muffin, scone and croissant choices are outstanding and very well priced.

Coffee was good, the food was a little bit of a let down which is unusual for a coffee club. But would try again to see for a second time.

Huge fan of The Coffee Club but this one is special to us because they customised the dish they used to serve for us on our special day. Amazing staff and owners

Always great coffee and friendly service. They should go to Tweed city and Coolangatta coffee clubs and train them in great customer service and teach them how to make a great cup of coffee without the bad attitudes. Still fabulous

I went to The Coffee Club recently and had the most amazing experience with one of the staff members, Fai. She was so kind, bubbly and helpful and just made me me want to come back! She made me an amazing iced coffee and cracked a few jokes making it a pleasant time :)

I had the most amazing omelette here yesterday. Was absolutely delicious & beautifully presented!

Real nice staff, absolutely insane gooey caramel chocolate fudge cake stuff (would recommend).
Just wanted to setup my laptop to charge and they seemed to've been the only cafe/restaurant in Ballina that had public access to power points

Visited for a family brunch. Loved the big breakfast. Nice coffee. Would eat there again.

I went to the coffee club with my friend today. And we had such lovely customer service from Ms Fai, she was so nice and helped me fix my order when I didn't like something and was so patient and humble 11/10.
I'm definitely coming again!! <33

I belong to a movie group and we reserve a table for after film discussion. We always enjoy the coffee, food and service. I specilly like the chicken sweet potato flatbread and the toasted chicken wrap. 5 stars!
