Very good service.

Uber order was wrong and the store was no help.

Bagged up with correct name but wrong bottle inside. We ordered wine not gin (none of us are gin drinkers so it’s gone to waste).
Rung five minutes before closed to be told they’d sort or and get a new one delivered. I followed up with the Uber driver who advised that they hadn’t been contacted by the store. Obviously too lazy to record because it’s too close to closing time. Never had any issues with Oran Park BWS. Store rung again just after close to say they couldn’t fix the order and too bad we would have to take THEIR mistake up with Uber even though it wasn’t the drivers fault.

Never going to use Liquorland Harrington Park again - they do not care about disabled people finding it difficult to collect orders in person. I gave my support worker my ID and order confirmation and they were just plain rude and condescending. In the end they told me to use the Dan Murphy's service (which I did with no problems)

Every time I order with Uber eats for delivery, the order is cancelled. Order well before close time as well cause I understand that would be annoying. If you don’t want to provide the service, don’t sign up for it

Lady was rude and pressuring the man into not selling me alcohol and she kept bringing up how “he’s only just turned 18 I wouldn’t sell them to him” even though the man was ok with selling to me as I’m of legal age. She was just rude.

They always close between 12:00pm until 1:00pm really stupid.
