We stop here for fuel coming south every time. They are so friendly and helpful, Kristy is extra lovely and will go out of her way to help you.

Friendly staff

These guys are still providing cheaper fuel prices on average against other service stations. Great place to top up and keep going. It just off the highway which saves time during a 19hr drive.

Great for convenience but the toilets need attention.

The filthiest, most unkempt area, owned by council according to signs, I've seen on the east coast. Litter throughout long grass, smells like urine as soon as you get out, building neglected and toilets littered with toilet paper and rubbish. The staff were friendly and hard working.

No bacon and the fellow at the counter says the sausages are not recommended either.
Men eat meat......don't bother stopping for a descent feed unless your happy to eat toast.....

Person at food counter spoke too quietly and slow to respond so I couldn't order food here.

Shell - the fuel side quick looks like any other Shell. Until you walk to the restaurant and the horrible toilets! Has a representative from Shell seen how much damage this horrible place brings to your brand? The stench is something that lingers when you leave, a reminder to never return!!

The amenities are worse then the rubbish dump and when informing staff they were not concerned at all and her response was' I wouldn't doubt it'

Place has been renovated but the toilets were still not clean and smelt. Served by staff with love bites all over her neck who looked dishevelled. Went for fresh cooked hot chips (safe option) and they were burnt and disgusting little ends bits. Keep going and don't stop here!

Mens toilet trough was 2 inches deep in pee. Stunk to high heaven. disgusting.

Even though the toilets were revamped a couple of months ago. They are filthy & stink. When I told staff she said I just started.

Tried to order bacon and eggs on toast, was just way to hard and ended up leaving with nothing. I have never witnessed such incompetence.

Beware! If they have a power outage their fuel pumps don't work! Next fuel stop is 20km south.

Failed in its utilitarian aspiration. Don’t stop here for a toilet break. Nice hot chocolate & fruit salad.
