We stayed at Wooli River Lodges for one night and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable and great value for the price.
Geoff was very efficient and accommodating when we booked at short notice. We left some charging chords behind which he promptly posted to our home address. Would recommend Wooli River Lodges for a stay in Wooli.

Superb little gem of a spot. They look tiny but the bungalows are actually huge three rooms plus bathroom and massive bath tub. Geoff the host is so laid back and lovely. And the location right on the river is 10/10. Lush lawns, swimming pool and lots of privacy screening with foliage between cabins.

Loved the location & serenity of this place. Right on the river, well kept lawns and gardens and so much wildlife to see and hear!
We stayed in one of the garden lodges which offered privacy. Comfortable bed & pillows! Clean cabin with fresh flowers on the table for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Cabin had a little musty smell on arrival, but once the windows were opened this quickly disappeared.
Kitchen was well equipped with full size fridge, microwave/convection oven, portable hotplate and the basic in kitchen items to prepare food.
If you want a place to stay with peace and quiet, this is the place to go!

We stayed at Wooli River Lodges and it was just perfect. The owner Geof was always very helpful and friendly. The cabin was just adorable and very clean and the area was beautiful and pristine. I love the fact there are canoes and kayaks supplied if you wish to paddle up the river and it has a lovely pool and BBQ area. I will definitely be back with the rest of my family.

Super friendly staff and beautifully maintained grounds.. our campsite was right on the water so we could swim and launch our kayaks from in front of our van. Swimming pools and great spaces for families with children and the pub within walking distance for meals or a drink! Camp kitchen is massive with room to sit with large family groups … only thing that was problematic was that neither toaster worked without being held down …first world problem!
We loved our stay and plan to come back and bring push bikes and the kayaks ( they do have bikes and kayaks for your use but I like my own)
Thanks for a great stay

Pretty location on the river with canoes and Sups to freely use, nicely maintained and set out grounds, lovely, reasonably priced (cheaper than most air bnbs on the north coast) cabin with a deck and a big luxurious bath - a welcome indulgence after a day of sketchy bush bashing on the Yuragir Coastal Trail. Staff are very friendly and helpful - they were so gracious and accommodating, going way above and beyond trying to find a way to get me across the river when my organised lift didn't show (he eventually did) and were super easy going and kind when I finally arrived a bit frazzled..
Highly rate, would stay here again in a heartbeat.👌

We arrived earlier then expected but were pleased to be able to check in at that time (11am). The owners were wonderful and friendly which made the stay that little better.
Canoes and life jackets were readily available for use whenever we chose.
The scenery was beautiful and the grounds in general was well kept and quiet.
Our cabin had everything we needed and the bed, OMG That bed, we would have loved to take home. We had a large shower, but the ONLY down fall was the water (not much pressure and either hot or cold, no in-between).
The pub is within walking distance from the cabins and have raffles on a Friday night.
We stayed 3 nights but will definitely be back in the future.
If you are looking for somewhere nice to stay, I strongly suggest Wooli river lodge.

The large caravan park on the other side of the pub was rather loud and packed out to the brim, glad we didn't stay there.

The most amazing place I have ever stayed! The Lodges are very clean, well maintained and absolutely adorable. The grounds are pristine. Everyone is so friendly. The staff Doreen and Michelle are so helpful and accommodating. And the management Diana and Peter make you feel like family, nothing is too much trouble and they do everything in their power to ensure you have a great time. Perfect place to stay 11/10.

Have stayed at the lodges for the last 3 years. Have had a great time every year. The lodges are clean and very comfortable. The couple who run the lodges are very friendly and helpful. My boy's Love to fish from the river bank, swim in the pool and ride on the paddle boat and boards. A great base for the Goanna Pulling. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Friendly and accomodating owners, with a great position right on the Wooli river. The weather wasn't perfect, but the lodges have a great range of activities and amenities available that kept us entertained! Having stayed in the Wooli area several times before, you couldn't find a better place to stay, with quite reasonable rates, clean and tidy rooms with everything that you need, and beautiful surrounds. We will definitely stay again!

A fantastic little family-owned getaway in a beautiful location. The free canoes and paddle boats really allow you to take in the beautiful river.
