We went for brekky. Great price. Great portions. Perfect eggs. The long black/americano was good enough I didn't need sugar or milk. Our server was also top notch.

Perfect venue for social events. We held our wreath making work shop there, and it was perfect! Great atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, and the best most helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended 🥂😊

Great decor, elegant historic building, great food

We recently had our daughters 18th birthday dinner and it was fantastic!
I was very impressed with the communication in the lead up and on the night. We weren’t able to have a “traditional” party as originally planned due to the restrictions in place but were still able to celebrate a great night with fantastic food, service and people.
We received plenty of compliments and positive feedback so wanted to make sure we passed that on.
A special shout out to Kaitlyn, who did everything she could to ensure a great night was had by all.

The food is delicious 😋 & the staff was lovely and accommodating as we came just before the 3-5pm just after a busy lunch time where the place was full. I was very impressed by the awesome customer service and the level of quality cuisine available. I will be back and I do recommend this place ladies and gentlemen as a great place to visit.

Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Have been for breakfast lunch and dinner and it's one of my favourite places in Camden. Well definitely be back. If you're thinking of trying it don't hesitate!

Had a good great night, booked for a private party, catering was first class, service was excellent with polite and courteous staff. Steve Wisbey runs a great establishment. My guests all commented on how good it was, food, drinks and ambiance. A great place for your next classy function

Yesterday was the 2nd time I had been to Fred's and both times have been fantastic. The staff found the right balance between being attentive but yet not harassing you. The craft beer was fantastic and the tapas food was amazing & plentiful. If you are looking for a unique place to eat, with great decor, away from the local standard pubs, definitely give Upstairs at Fred's at try.

Place is true to its name with a nice balcony view overlooking the main street of Camden. The food is marvelous and the staff are kind and attentive. It's known to get booked out here on weekends so booking in advance is a good idea. Bonus praise is also given for the amusing menus!
