These women that work here are amazing. My daughter needed a special fit uniform and the service was second to none! When I had to pick up it was closing time and as the uniform was an emergency, they waited for me. These two ladies have excellent customer service.

This is the worst service I have been treated by the staff called Mandy! I placed the Edmondson Park School winter soft shell jacket size 3 back in DEC 2022 before Xmas and was told by the Rainer uniform Narellan staff it shall be ready for collection in late Feb 2023. The staff from the Narellan branch even rang the head office in front of me to confirm the estimate delivery date. As a parent , I have done my part to place the winter jacket early before the term 1 commencing in 2023. After been waiting for a few months, I followed up the winter soft shell jacket in late Feb 2023 with Narellan branch and was informed that the jacket will not be arrived till April before term 2 commenced.
I even Rang the head office spoke to Mandy , she told me the jacket will be here in April prior the start of term 2. They ( Narellan branch) do not follow up any outstanding order regardless what they have promised you.

On 19th April 2023 12:40pm I went to Narellan shop to pick up my other winter uniforms order and at the same time chasing my outstanding winter soft shell jacket that was placed back in Dec 2022.
The staff told me to follow up with Mandy from the head office.

Mandy was rude when I tried to questioning why they promised customers that the uniform can’t be delivered on time despite I have been waiting patiently from Dec 2022 till April 2023 4 days prior the term 2 commenced. Uniforms does not have any expiry date like any consumable products, why can’t they place the back order earlier or even place the bigger quantity initially to cope with the demands of the school? What’s the point of parents to place orders in advance if you can’t keep track of the demands? What’s the point of promising parents if you can’t full filled parents’ orders?

I understand the demand more than supply but why did you promised me in Dec 2022 the winter soft shell jacket will be ready in Feb 2023 then pushed it to April 2023 without sincerely apologies. Mandy was saying it was because this is JUST A SMALL size , she also hang up on me on the phone while I was still talking to her and enquired other things. Rang back the second time to confirm the estimate delivery date of the winter soft shell jacket but she refused to pick up my call. What a disgraceful customer service ! Never follow up any outstanding orders, break promises, keep pushing parents around despite placed the order a few months in advance!

As a parent , unfortunately I have no choice to buy the uniforms from them for the next few years ! Will reflect this experience to the school principal too

First of all the size 3 jacket was NOT customised especially JUST FOR MY SON. It was the size that your supplier offered to our school kids when I was in store placing the order and your staff rang to confirm that there will be size 3 available for parents to place the order. Therefore as a parent, I chose the right size that best suits to my son and was not specially requested your supplier to tailored made one just for my son only. I have met many parents whose kids are also wearing the size 3 jackets too.

This is the most useless shop by far. Ordered school uniforms more than a month before school started. They sent a different size sports polo shirt to me because they did not have the size I wanted. Very convenient. After following up for the last 3.5 weeks ( coz they would not) I have been told to wait till April at least. And I am not the only one this has happened to. If you are not able to provide correct uniforms (as you are the only shop in my case) ... Please shut down and let someone capable do the job... Your constant sorrys are becoming annoying now

Painfully slow service, store needs to organise more staff and look at seperate lines for pickup customers. Should not take 1hr to collect school pants.

No organisation in this place. You wait months for your clothes to come and when they do it's wrong. Who waits over 2 months for a jumper when it's been in stock the whole time

The opening hours and days are far too limited.
