excellent experience!! If management see this Andy deserves a massive raise. In the middle of reorganising some shoes he still went out of his way to help me find some comfortable running and casual shoes. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He picked a few styles of shoes in my price range told me to try them out for look and feel and made great suggestions for runners for my husband that I could get for free! I have to say Andy was a natural, extremely focused, and attending other customers in the same manner as he was to me. Wish all stores could have service like this

Today my sister & I had the pleasure of Andy serving us, what an asset to your shop, amazing customer service made sure to explain current promotions as well as suggesting other styles such a pleasure to receive great service with a smile, also Xavier would also check if we needed any assistance, well done to management for selecting theses boys on your team, my sister commented she has never enjoyed shoe shopping as much as she did today.

So happy with my recent visit to Adidas store in Birkenhead outlet and with Thomas in particular. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted warmly and Thomas took time to understand my needs and preferences. Andy was sensational! He was brushed off by a
Rude customer but took it in his stride and the proceeded to help my husband and I with our two young boys who were NOT being easy.

They've since moved up to the main entrance floor, on the open-mall side of the entire place. It's much more spacious and more obvious, given their corner listing by the escalator.

Was there for Black Friday weekend, and I must admit, I was pretty impressed by the 50% off RRP discounts that they were running.

Finally walked out with 4 pairs of shoes setting me back about 230AUD (the price of an otherwise full priced shoe).

Great store, 50% off made everything a bargain. I was originally quite disappointed by the poor service and the staff were too busy talking to each other to serve me however that changed after being served by Andy. He went out of his way to make sure I found a pair of shoes that fit me and helped me find a very comfortable pair of runners. Best service I've received in a store

Great selection of best sellers. Although you have to be quick to get your sizes. Double check sizing with the staffs for those last minute cancellations.

Last time I went here there is even further reduction. If you bought 2 things they will give 20% extra - then if you buy 3 things you get 30% extra discount and 4 things and so on will get 40% extra discount. It was awesome though. Although it limited to size and model but I was happy on my last visit! Thx Adidas!

Im a huge fan of adidas they have great shoes and clothing its just what type of shoes they have instore compared to the USA we are so far behind instock its not funny but what we have will blow your mind come on down try on a few pairs i bet you leave with a pair if not you will be back
