Outstanding business and personnel! We have been using C21 The Paramount Group for approximately 7 years to manage our investment property and cannot recommend highly enough. Dom immediately gave us the right impression and trust we wanted from day one and only enhanced that through his communication and expertise from that initial experience over the course of our relationship. With changing circumstances we needed to sell the property and were handed over to the sale team in Henry and Lana. With multiple unforeseen hurdles we have been able to sell our property well above our anticipated price. Their sale process/strategy was on point, their tenacity unwavering, communication impeccable, and the result speaks for itself. Highly recommend for both property management and sales. I recently had the pleasure to deal with this agency when seeking a new rental property. From the agent who hosted the viewing of the property, to the amazing efficiency of Crystal who processed our application to everything being processed electronically - this was a seamless and painless experience of a level I didn't think possible.

I was also handed over to c21 through proper due to the recent acquisition. Though the experience was quite pleasant.

I must say Dom and his team really takes pride in their job. Dakoda my property manager handed over informative report on the property inspection and ensured my property is well taken care of.

Even with the recent mishap where my tenant had to vacate due to visa reason back to England. Dakoda jumped on the rental procedure without hesitation.

I cannot speak highly enough of Century 21 Gregory Hills, particularly of Dom and Henry. A few years ago, I was having some issues with my property manager and a friend of mine told me to make the switch to Century 21 - the property management team she uses. I called Dom and was blown away by how transparent and informative he was about the leasing process and how efficiently his team handled everything on a daily basis. He told me he was generally available to answer enquiries whenever it was required, but he did more than that and went above and beyond to respond to my enquiries within no longer than 30 minutes of receiving them, no matter the time of day. When I decided to sell my property this year, I spoke to Dom and he put me onto Henry. Henry is very knowledgeable and made sure to explain the sales process from start to finish and eased all of my concerns within the first phone call. I had no idea what to expect or how long it would take and he kept me informed every single step of the way. Henry’s communication and honesty was seamless throughout the entire process and he made sure to keep me informed and made suggestions, but ultimately let me call the shots. I gave him what I assumed was an unrealistic figure to work with. As time when on, I started to have some doubts, but his negotiation skills and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome exceeded all expectations.

A week after we leased from Propper, and were then advised of the transition to Century 21, we were a little nervous. Not for any reason other than the move was stressful and we were hoping the transition would be smooth. Since then, the team who manage our tenancy have been exceptionally professional and extremely diligent in responding to emails and requests for minor works that needed attention.
